CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Our general cancellation and no-show policy is available on our Platform during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).

• Specific rates or special offers may not be eligible for cancellation or modification. In the event of a no-show or a charged cancellation, the Supplier may still apply city or tourist taxes.
