Reservations requiring a down payment or prepayment may be cancelled (without prior notice) if the balance is not collected in line with the Supplier's payment policy and reservation terms. Please keep in mind that cancellations may result in charges based on our policies, and you may not receive a return for any prepayment.
PAYMENT METHOD:• We offer the option for reservations to be paid upon arrival. Your credit card details are securely stored as a guarantee, but no charges are made at the time of booking.
• Your credit card will only be charged if you fail to show up for the service/activity/tour you booked or if you cancel after the allowed cancellation deadline for that specific service/activity/tour.
• For certain (non-refundable) rates or special offers, the Agency may require upfront payment. This payment can be made through wire transfer (if available) or by credit card. As a result, your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged at the time of making the reservation. Please note that for such bookings, there may be no option for a refund.
