CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND:In the case where the client has made a full payment, reimbursements will be issued solely for the amounts paid, given an unforeseen boat breakdown unrelated to the client. A complete refund of 100% is granted for adverse weather conditions or if notice is provided 7 days ahead.

DEPOSIT:To ensure coverage for potential damages, object loss, or delivery delays, clients are required to provide a deposit. If the calculated costs arising from the mentioned scenarios exceed the initial deposit, the client is responsible for settling the difference.

The lessor bears no responsibility if the lessee fails to adhere to these authorization guidelines. PROVISIONING:Clients are accountable for fuel expenses. The boats will be provided with a full tank and are expected to be returned likewise. Failure to do so will result in a fuel charge, in addition to a €25 service fee. This procedure ensures transparency and smooth operations, guaranteeing a seamless experience for all. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
INSURANCE:The cost of renting includes the necessary insurance. Weather that is unfavorable on the days that you are renting from the company is not their responsibility. You only need to phone our technical support in the event of a breakdown or mechanical issue, and our mechanics will help you as soon as they can. If the issue cannot be resolved in a fair amount of time, they would be given a boat with similar features.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:• Engaging in the transportation of weapons or drugs aboard the vessel.
• Subcontracting the boat for use.
• Using the boat for transporting goods, fare-paying passengers, commercial fishing, or participating in regattas.
• Undertaking any activity prohibited by legal regulations or environmental guidelines.
• Mooring at a buoy without proper authorization from the General Directorate of the Navy.
• Anchoring the boat on an unauthorized beach or access point, except through designated channels.
• Operating the boat without the requisite navigation credentials.
• Operating the boat while under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Should any breach of the regulations set forth by Customs and the Navy occur, the sole individual legally accountable will be the contracting party. Negligent use of the boat, contravening the existing legislation, will result in the immediate annulment of the contract. In such cases, any amounts already paid shall be retained as compensation for INNOVATOOL EXPORT SLU.
