Our CatamaranThe Lagoon 42 is a spacious and luxurious catamaran designed for comfort and relaxation on the water. With accommodation for up to 10 guests, it features four cabins and four toilets with showers. The yacht also boasts two skipper cabins with separate entrances, accommodating a professional skipper if desired. Measuring 12.80 meters in length with a draft of 1.25 meters, the Lagoon 42 offers a stable and smooth sailing experience. Its fuel tank capacity of 600 liters ensures ample range for exploration, while the freshwater capacity of 600 liters provides for a refreshing onboard experience. It's important to note that the maximum guest capacity is determined not only by cabin space but also by legal regulations concerning toilet holding tanks, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. For skipper charters, the total number of individuals on board should include the skipper in the count.

CANCELLATION POLICY:In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, after signing this Agreement, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee (without options), for bookings cancelled after signing the contract and in time period up to 90 days prior to boat embarkation. b. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee (without options), for bookings cancelled within a period of 41-89 days prior to boat embarkation c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee (without options), for bookings cancelled in a period less than 40 days prior to boat embarkation. d. No-Show Cancellation: 100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras and any crew is due.
In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses of €200 will be charged. In the event that the Charterer should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the yacht prior to the date designated in this Agreement, the Owner shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money.
SECURITY DE[OSIT:The Security Deposit applies per insurable event (damage or loss). If the yacht is returned without damages, the deposit is released back to Charterer. For damages of an amount less than Security Deposit, Owner retains the amount required for repairs and the balance is released back to Charterer. For damages in amounts more than the Security Deposit, Owner retains full amount of Security Deposit.Security Deposit Visa or MasterCard, between €2200 and €3500, amount depending on particular yacht.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
