Welcome aboard! Join us at Lavrio base by 9:00 for check-in. Set sail at 10:00 to explore the wonders of Kea Island. Your adventure awaits!

Our first enchanting stop: Kea's breathtaking bay. Swim to your heart's content until it's time to savor a delicious meal. Pure bliss awaits

Savor a local summer feast onboard. Indulge in delectable cuisine, paired with refreshing beer, wine, and soft drinks. Bon appétit on the waves!

Next, sail to Makronissos for more captivating swimming. Dive into an azure paradise and let the sea's embrace enchant you.

Final destination: Sounio's bay, Temple of Poseidon in view. Sip wine, relish the scene, and take a parting plunge. A perfect finale awaits.

Our Catamaran

The Lagoon 42 is a spacious and luxurious catamaran designed for comfort and relaxation on the water. With accommodation for up to 10 guests, it features four cabins and four toilets with showers. The yacht also boasts two skipper cabins with separate entrances, accommodating a professional skipper if desired. Measuring 12.80 meters in length with a draft of 1.25 meters, the Lagoon 42 offers a stable and smooth sailing experience. Its fuel tank capacity of 600 liters ensures ample range for exploration, while the freshwater capacity of 600 liters provides for a refreshing onboard experience. It's important to note that the maximum guest capacity is determined not only by cabin space but also by legal regulations concerning toilet holding tanks, ensuring compliance with environmental standards. For skipper charters, the total number of individuals on board should include the skipper in the count.

PAYMENT POLICY:

On the booking confirmation we send you, you will find the invoice with the bank account number. 50% of the vessel price needs to be paid within 7 days and the remaining balance is due 40 days before departure

For any special dietary exclusions kindly inform us so we can adjust accordingly. Please contact us to assist you with optional services and information. All summer cruises are subject to changes without prior notice due to weather conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, after signing this Agreement, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

a. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee (without options), for bookings cancelled after signing the contract and in time period up to 90 days prior to boat embarkation. b. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee (without options), for bookings cancelled within a period of 41-89 days prior to boat embarkation c. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee (without options), for bookings cancelled in a period less than 40 days prior to boat embarkation. d. No-Show Cancellation: 100% of all amounts including charter price, mandatory/optional extras and any crew is due.

In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses of €200 will be charged. In the event that the Charterer should elect to terminate the charter and deliver the yacht prior to the date designated in this Agreement, the Owner shall not be liable to the return of any proportional part of the hire money.

SECURITY DE[OSIT:

The Security Deposit applies per insurable event (damage or loss). If the yacht is returned without damages, the deposit is released back to Charterer. For damages of an amount less than Security Deposit, Owner retains the amount required for repairs and the balance is released back to Charterer. For damages in amounts more than the Security Deposit, Owner retains full amount of Security Deposit.Security Deposit Visa or MasterCard, between €2200 and €3500, amount depending on particular yacht.
