Description

Thassos & Samothraki Combo – Beaches, History & Untamed Nature

Two islands, two moods: Thassos charms with antique theaters and powder-soft beaches; Samothraki stirs the soul with waterfalls and mountain energy. Starting from Kavala Marina, you’ll enjoy a balanced circuit that builds from relaxed coastal hops to a satisfying blue-water leg, then softens again as you wander back through mainland harbors.

About Our Service across Thassos, Samothraki & Mainland Thrace

Your week is designed around morning swims, unhurried lunches, and golden-hour entries into port. We provide route notes for shorter detours, snorkel-friendly anchorages, and shore highlights—from Limenaria’s waterfront to Kamariotissa’s simple island charm. Expect a flexible framework that lets you linger where the mood takes you.

Day 1 (Saturday, 17:00) – Kavala → Nea Iraklitsa
Board and slip away for a sunset run to Nea Iraklitsa. Swim off the stern, dine aboard, and enjoy a calm first night.

Day 2 (Sunday) – Nea Iraklitsa → Limenaria, Thassos
Coastal sailing with swim stops in secluded coves. Limenaria’s promenade and the historic Palataki set the scene for a relaxed evening.

Day 3 (Monday) – Aliki Bay → Limenas, Thassos
Snorkel above marble quarry remnants in Aliki’s crystal bowl, then continue to Limenas for ruins, Roman echoes, and lively streets after dark.

Day 4 (Tuesday) – Thassos → Samothraki (~55 NM)
A purposeful passage to Kamariotissa. The reward: an island where hiking paths meet hot springs and beaches edged by rock and pine. Quiet dinner ashore.

Day 5 (Wednesday) – Samothraki: Waterfalls & Springs
Choose your tempo—trek to Fonias river pools, soak at Therma, or laze at Pachia Ammos. Overnight at anchor or alongside.

Day 6 (Thursday) – Samothraki → Keramoti
Cross back to the mainland for wide beaches, a restful harbor, and fresh seafood. Overnight onboard near Keramoti.

Day 7 (Friday) – Keramoti → Kavala
Return to Kavala for castle views and a final dinner in the old quarter of Panagia. Overnight in marina.

Day 8 (Saturday, 09:00) – Disembarkation
Breakfast, checkout, and fond farewells to the northern Aegean.
