Descripción

This 47.87-metre custom motor yacht from Trinity Yachts, comprehensively refitted in 2024, combines proven American superyacht construction, substantial interior volume, spirited semi-displacement performance and highly versatile outdoor living. Delivered in 2005, she was designed by Trinity Yachts, with exterior styling by Geoff Van Aller and interiors by Dee Robinson Interiors. Her aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure are complemented by teak decks, a blue hull, white superstructure, raked flared bow and timeless profile.

Measuring 47.87 metres overall, with a 40.54-metre waterline length, 8.61-metre beam and shallow 2.29-metre draft, she offers approximately 465 GT of volume and a stated displacement of around 290 tonnes. Her semi-displacement configuration balances cruising efficiency, stability and higher-speed capability, while the shallow draft can provide access to a broader selection of cruising grounds, subject to local conditions. The yacht is presently identified as Jamaican-flagged and MCA compliant, with current registration and certification to be verified during acquisition.

Exterior Living and Entertainment

Exterior areas have been developed for entertaining, relaxation and active time on the water. Her expansive sundeck features a circular Jacuzzi, sun loungers, custom teak outdoor furniture and a substantial full-beam hardtop providing valuable shade. A port-side L-shaped marble-topped bar incorporates refrigeration, an ice maker and a gas grill, while a dedicated day head makes the deck suitable for extended outdoor use.

Additional exterior amenities include covered al fresco dining areas, generous sunpads, a foredeck guest area, underwater lighting, a dip pool, additional Jacuzzi facilities and a large swimming platform offering convenient access to the sea. A crane and practical tender-storage arrangement support recreational operations. The stated inventory includes a 10.82-metre Everglades tender and a 5.33-metre Zodiac Pro Open RIB centre-console tender for transfers, exploration and watersports. Stabilizers operating both underway and at anchor further enhance comfort.

Interior Design and Guest Areas

The interior combines extensive mahogany joinery, burl detailing, stone surfaces and custom furnishings. Large windows introduce abundant natural light into the main salon, where custom sofas and armchairs are arranged around a stone coffee table. A separate full-beam skylounge, illuminated by six oversized windows, provides another substantial social and entertainment area.

Entertainment and communication facilities include video-on-demand, satellite television, games consoles, Wi-Fi, Starlink and Satcom connectivity. Air conditioning serves the accommodation and principal living areas. An elevator improves circulation between decks and makes the yacht more accessible to guests who may prefer to avoid the main stairways.

The professional galley is equipped with a Wolf six-burner induction range, two convection steam ovens, stainless-steel Delfield refrigerators, a large freezer and a central preparation island incorporating an ice maker. A gym and massage-room arrangement provide dedicated wellness facilities for longer stays aboard.

Guest and Crew Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged across five guest cabins. The on-deck, full-beam owner’s suite features oversized windows, a private office and two ensuite facilities, including a jet tub and a separate large shower. Four additional guest staterooms are positioned below deck, comprising three king-bedded cabins and one twin cabin with a Pullman berth. Mahogany joinery, entertainment systems, marble bathroom floors and granite countertops continue throughout the guest accommodation.

The principal particulars state accommodation for 11 guests, while the detailed arrangement indicates potential accommodation for 12; the yacht’s current certified overnight capacity should therefore be confirmed. Crew accommodation is stated for up to 10 personnel in five cabins plus a dedicated captain’s cabin. Additional crew features include over-under bunk arrangements, ensuite facilities, a crew common area, a dedicated engineer’s area and separate crew circulation for discreet service.

Propulsion, Performance and Capacities

Twin Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines, each rated at 2,250 hp at 2,250 rpm, deliver a combined 4,500 hp through twin screw propellers. The yacht has a stated maximum speed of 19 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and an economical speed of approximately 9 knots. Her reported range is around 2,600 nautical miles at 12 knots, subject to loading, weather, hull condition, reserves and operating profile.

Fuel capacity is approximately 63,216 litres and freshwater capacity is approximately 10,220 litres. A 99 hp American bow thruster assists with close-quarter manoeuvring, while underway and zero-speed stabilizers enhance comfort. Bridge equipment includes twin Furuno 96-mile X-band radars, three satellite domes and approximately 180-degree visibility through nine large wheelhouse windows. Three life rafts with hydrostatic releases are also identified in the supplied inventory.

Inspection, Documentation and Purchase

The 2024 refit strengthens the yacht’s market appeal, but buyers should obtain the complete refit specification, invoices, warranties, yard reports and replacement schedule. Engine and generator hours, serial numbers, service histories, gearbox and shaft details, propeller specifications, battery banks, shore-power arrangements, plumbing systems, tankage, navigation inventory and safety-system certification should all be independently verified.

A professional marine survey, haul-out inspection and sea trial are strongly recommended. Particular attention should be given to the aluminium structure, coatings, corrosion control, underwater hull, antifouling, shafts, propellers, rudders, thruster, stabilizers, machinery, electrical systems and statutory safety equipment.

Current Jamaican registration, ownership and title, mortgages or liens, HIN/CIN, MCA documentation, class or certification status, VAT and tax position and private or commercial operating requirements must be confirmed before closing. The sale agreement should specify the yacht, tenders, equipment, inventory, delivery condition and location, payment and escrow terms, title transfer, taxes, fees and relocation responsibilities.
