This full-day charter offers an all-inclusive experience with breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshing beverages. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, it’s perfect for intimate gatherings or family outings, though additional guests can be added for a total capacity of 25. Fuel costs for leisurely speeds are included, while high-speed cruising incurs an extra fuel charge. Safety is a priority, with life jackets, emergency supplies, and a first-aid kit on board. Guests with specific medical needs should bring any necessary medications. Departure and return are conveniently located at J Dock, Centro Marina in Cabo San Lucas, with a start time of 10:00 a.m. and return at 6:00 p.m. to enjoy the best hours of sunlight on the open sea.

BOOKING POLICY:● Single-Day Reservation with 30+ Days Notice: If you book a single-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days before embarkation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure the yacht. The remaining balance will be processed 14 days before the embarkation date.
● Single-Day Reservation with 14 Days or Less Notice: For reservations made 14 days or less in advance, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:If you cancel this Agreement before the charter start date or fail to pay any required amount after receiving written notice, the Agreement may be treated as terminated, with all payments made to date retained.
● Cancellations Within 7 Days: A fee of 50% of the total charter cost will apply for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.
● Cancellations Within 48 Hours: If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. This also applies in cases of no-shows.
● Hurricane Season (September-October): During hurricane season, if weather conditions like hurricanes, high winds, or port closures force a cancellation, we will reschedule your charter at no additional cost for the next available date.
The yacht owner will make reasonable efforts to re-charter the yacht for the canceled period. If successful, any net revenue from the re-charter (after deducting commissions and expenses) will be credited toward the initial charter, aiming to recover the same proceeds as originally agreed. However, the owner may refuse re-charters that could be detrimental to the yacht’s reputation or schedule.
INSURANCE:The owner of the yacht is solely responsible for keeping liability insurance, including appropriate charter insurance. Any claims occurring in relation to or in connection with the yachts are not the responsibility of the yacht operator.
