WHAT TO BRING:
Swimwear, Sunscreen, Hat & Sunglasses, Suitable Footwear, Add warm layer in case it gets wet or windy. Collapsible or soft luggage preferred.
BOOKING PRICE:
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and accurate at the publication date. A 50% deposit secures your booking; the remaining balance is due 14 days before the charter date. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to service charges or exchange rate fluctuations, subject to your agreement.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING:
Changes must be requested in writing by the Party Leader. Late modifications may incur additional costs. Requests for changes to menu, catering, or guest numbers must be submitted five days before the booking date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation charges apply based on the period before departure. Special Events may have different cancellation terms. Refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined in the contract.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to make changes or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. No refund for changes caused by the client or due to Force Majeure. In the event of cancellation, we offer replacement booking or a reasonable refund.
BOOKING TERMINATION & INDEMNITY:
Clients must comply with instructions and behave responsibly. We may terminate the booking if conduct is disruptive. Clients are responsible for any damages and must replace or make repairs.
LIABILITY & RISK:
Participants engage in activities at their own risk. We recommend comprehensive insurance covering all activities. We are not liable for disruptions or third-party services.
DESTINATIONS:
The vessel's course is at the captain's discretion, following maritime laws and regulations. No guarantee is given for reaching a specific destination.
ALCOHOL:
Operators hold Liquor Licenses, and intoxicated persons may be denied service. Intoxicated persons may be removed from vessels, vehicles, or events.
COMPLAINTS:
Report problems immediately; unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days. Disputes may be referred to an independent Arbitrator if not resolved amicably.
GOVERNING LAW & ASSIGNMENT:
Governed by New Zealand Law with non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts. Assignment of rights or obligations requires written pre-approval. Our Terms and Conditions constitute the entire contract, and no other terms apply unless expressly stated.
