PRICES INCLUDES:
• Rental of the boat with crew.
• All meals taken aboard (catch of the day, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables).
• A selection of drinks in reasonable consumption. Not all boats include alcoholic beverages in the charter fee.
• Fuel, gasoline, water tank supply.
• Dinghy with its outboard engine.
• Twin seats kayak aboard some of the boats (please verify on the boats profile).
• Snorkeling gear (always better to bring your own if you have it) and fishing rods.
• Spearfishing equipment may be available (please verify on the boat's profile).
• Sheets and shower towels.
• General cleaning of the boat after the charter.
PRICES EXCLUDES:
• Personal expenses
• Tips
• Personal travel insurance and third party liability insurance.
• Expenses incurred while not on-board the boat: For example: air and land.
• Transportation to the boat, local taxes, local visits, community fees, additional excursions, meals in local restaurants, etc.
PAYMENT POLICY & METHODS:
• A minimum deposit of 25% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance is due one month before the departure date.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.
• Bank transfer details will be provided upon request. Our Panama bank account accepts USD transfers. Transaction fees charged by the bank are the sender's responsibility.
• Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge added to the total amount. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
• For currency conversion from Euros to US dollars, we manage the exchange rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide us with written notice as soon as possible if you need to cancel your boat charter. When we get the cancellation, it takes effect. Verify the receipt of your email. The agency has the right to charge fees and keep commissions. Insurance may pay for the reasons for cancellation. Changes to reservations might result in extra fees.
• More than 6 months before the first day of the charter: Full refund, minus $150 file fees.
• Between 179 to 90 days before the first day of the charter: 40% refund of the total charter amount.
• Between 89 to 60 days before the first day of the charter: 30% refund of the total charter amount.
• Between 59 to 30 days before the first day of the charter: 20% refund of the total charter amount.
• Between 29 to 15 days before the first day of the charter: 10% refund of the total charter amount.
• Less than 15 days to the day of the charter: 5% refund of the total charter amount.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Passengers are prohibited from bringing their own alcohol onboard, as well as any drugs. Violation of this rule grants the captain the authority to disembark passengers at any time, without notice or refund.
• Snorkeling gear and fishing rods are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own if available.
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions and recommend booking and paying in full promptly to secure availability and pricing.
• Guests must adhere to all laws of the country. Any unlawful acts will result in termination of the agreement without prejudice to our rights or the owner of the charter yacht. Guests will be fully responsible and subject to appropriate authorities.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all party members. By signing the charter contract, guests confirm coverage by private travel insurance. We act as a sales intermediary and cannot be held liable for events onboard or outside the vessel, including transfers.
