SAINT MARTIN - ONE DAY CHARTER

Begin your exciting one-day charter in Saint Martin in the picturesque Philipsburg Bobby's Marina. Allow the Caribbean breeze to carry you across turquoise waters to Tintamarre's desolate attractiveness, home to marine turtles and remains of a bygone past. Cruise to Pinel Island, a tropical sanctuary, for some sun-soaked beach time. Choose between a meal on-board or at the Karibuni restaurant, and indulge in gastronomic pleasures. Dive into the pristine waters or relax in the sun on Green Cay. Return to Philipsburg as the day draws to a close, cherishing the memories of a day filled with discovery, relaxation, and the beauty of Saint Martin's coastline delights.
Itinerary:
• 9.00 AM: Departure from Philipsburg Bobby’s marina. After a short briefing we will start our sail to Tintamarre.
• 10.30 AM: Arrival at Tintamarre, home to many sea turtles! Taking a walk around this now uninhabited island, you will find the remains of an airstrip, a small rail track and a cotton plantation.
• 12.00 PM: We depart for Pinel Island, a tropical island which offers great beach time. Enjoy the sail which will take about 30 minutes.
• 12.30 PM: Time for lunch! Choose for a restaurant lunch at Karibuni or enjoy a more intimate setting with our on-board lunch package.
• 2.00 PM: You have the option for swimming around the boat or relaxing on-board or snorkeling along Green Cay island.
• 3.30 PM: Time to raise the anchor and return back to Philipsburg.
• 5.00 PM: The boat arrives back in the marina and it’s time to say goodbye.

• Booking Confirmation: A 20% deposit is required for booking.
• Balance Payment: Pay the remaining balance before charter departure.
• Credit Card Payment: Full payment charged 24 hours before departure. 5% surcharge on all credit card payments.
• Cash Payment: Pay in cash on the day of charter before departure.5% discount on total for cash payments.
• Accepted Methods: Cash in USD Dollars. Major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may change based on weather conditions; such changes are not subject to cancellation or price discount.
• Cancellation Policy: 30 or more days: Refund for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: 100%. Cancellations between 10-30 days: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 10 days: No refund (0%).
• Late Cancellation Charges: No show or cancellations within 24 hours before departure. Full charter rate (100%) will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Non-refundable Add-ons: Add-on options and custom & clearance fees are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to departure.
