Join us for an unforgettable adventure departing at 10 AM, 12 PM, or 3 PM, with varied times throughout the week to accommodate popular travel schedules. Please arrive at Paihia Beach, Marsden Rd, at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process. Your journey will last for 4 hours, featuring a delightful lunchtime stopover on a picturesque island for 1 hour, where you can relax, explore, and savor the stunning surroundings. Get ready to create wonderful memories in the beautiful Bay of Islands!
Itinerary for the Half-Day Adventure Departure
Your adventure begins at 10:00 AM from Paihia Beach, Marsden Rd, where you can easily step aboard the boat directly from the shoreline. As we set sail for the beautiful island destination of Ipipiri in the Eastern Bay of Islands, the excitement builds for a half-day filled with exploration and stunning scenery.
Stop 1: Motuarohia Island
Our first stop is the picturesque Motuarohia Island, where we’ll anchor for 1 hour. This stunning location is one of our favorites, and during your time here, you can explore the island’s natural beauty, take a short walk to the hilltop for breathtaking views of the twin lagoons, and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings.
Journey to Ipipiri
As we sail for 1.5 hours to Ipipiri, enjoy captivating stories and insights about the Bay of Islands' geography and history from our crew. If you’re keen to learn more about sailing, let us know—we’d be thrilled to reserve VIP seating for you with the captain and crew, making your experience even more special.
Stop 2: Lagoon Bay
Once we reach Lagoon Bay, you'll have 1 hour to enjoy a delicious packed lunch while anchored close to the beach. This idyllic setting is perfect for exploring rock pools at low tide or simply relaxing on the sandy shores. Feel free to take a refreshing swim in the clear waters or dig your toes into the sand as you unwind in this stunning environment.
Return Journey
After our delightful adventures in Lagoon Bay, we’ll set sail back to Paihia, making the most of the beautiful sea breezes on our return. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the gentle wind filling the sails as you reflect on the perfect day spent exploring the enchanting Bay of Islands.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking for the day. The full amount is required 30 days prior to the departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
To cancel a booking, please contact the company by phone and confirm via email. If we need to cancel the trip before departure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative date if available.
Weather cancellations will be emailed on the day of the cruise (8:30 AM for Island Hopper, 3:30 PM for Sundowner Evening). Please check your email, as phone contact may be unreliable.
For guest cancellations: A 10% fee applies. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged in full, and tickets are non-transferable. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover unexpected changes that may result in cancellation fees.
For private charter cancellations:
• More than 30 days before: 20% fee
• Within 30 days: 30% fee
• Within 14 days: 50% fee
• Within 7 days: 100% fee
• No-shows: No refund
• Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover potential cancellation fees.

WHAT TO BRING:
• A hat, sunblock and sunglasses
• Swimwear and towel
• A bottle of water to keep handy – we can refill it for you
• Suitable shoes or sandals for the beach or walking tracks
• Sunblock
• Comfortable casual clothing – jeans are not recommended, wear quick dry fabric
• Warm clothes and a jacket as it may be windy, as well as a light layer to cover up from the sun
• Don’t forget to bring your sense of adventure – we’ll do the rest!
