Set sail on the sleek and roomy Lagoon 42 catamaran, which was constructed in 2022 and offers unrivaled performance and luxury. This exquisite catamaran, measuring an overall length of 12.80 meters, offers 4 double cabins and each with an electric toilet and bathtub, enough space for up to 8 guests. In addition, the Lagoon 42 has a convertible dinette that may be used to add more space if necessary. The skipper and sailor/hostess have their own areas in the bow. The yacht's layout combines comfort and utility, featuring a gas cook and oven, four refrigerators, and a Nespresso coffee maker. This yacht is capable of handling extended trips without continuous resupply thanks to its powerful 200-liter per hour desalinator and adequate fresh water supply from the 2x300-liter tanks.

The Lagoon 42 is equipped with two Yanmar engines, solar panels, extra service batteries and a converter for more independence. With sunbathing chairs on the bow, cockpit and flybridge in addition to an outdoor shower for post-swim relaxation, the external spaces are intended for maximum comfort. The larger table in the teak cockpit makes it the perfect spot to eat outside. The Honda tender may be effortlessly lowered using davits for excursions on the water. The catamaran is furnished with contemporary navigation and safety apparatus, such as an electric winch, self-tacking jib, internal and exterior VHF, AIS, and a GPS.

Situated in the magnificent Gulf of Poets, in La Spezia, Liguria, Italy, the Mirabello Port is the starting point of your voyage. Because it is protected from the wind and waves, this sheltered port is perfect for sailing. With Mirabello Port as your starting point you may explore the breathtaking seas of Liguria at your own speed and design a customized route that takes in the breathtaking Italian Riviera. Numerous amenities are available at the port itself including shops, restaurants, bars, fuel delivery and aid with anchoring. In addition, a movie room, pool tables, and Wi-Fi are all available for your amusement in the VIP lounge. The key that is given to you at check-in and needs to be returned at check-out allows you to access amenities including dockside electricity, garbage disposal and showers.

Usually boarding begins at 18:00 on Saturday and passengers have to leave by 09:00 on the following Saturday. When booking a weekend charter, you must depart by 18:00 on Friday and return by 18:00 on Sunday. If you would rather rent a boat on a daily basis, boarding starts at 09:00 and you must disembark by 18:00. Options for early check-in could be offered for a surcharge. The boat must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was delivered, with full diesel and water tanks that have been cleaned and sanitized. Port fees, gasoline and other expenses are paid for at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• For cancellations not related to COVID-19:

More than 4 months before departure: 10% of the charter fee is due.
40 days to 4 months before departure: 30% of the charter fee is due.
Less than 40 days before departure: 100% of the charter fee is due.

• For COVID-19-related cancellations:

You can get a full refund, change the booking date, or receive a voucher if Italy or your home country enforces travel restrictions (lockdown or quarantine).
If the new booking is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's cheaper, you’ll get a voucher for the difference.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can only be used with the same charter provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days of booking confirmation. Proof of payment must be sent via email.
• The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the charter start date.
• For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the full payment is required immediately.
• Failure to make payments within the agreed terms will result in cancellation of the booking, and previously paid amounts may be forfeited.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The security deposit can be paid in cash, by check, or by credit card. If using a credit card, an email will be sent to bind the deposit during the lease period. No American Express is accepted.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Each crew member needs a valid ID or passport.
• A valid nautical license is required for the rented boat.
• A crew list must be filled out, and the rental contract will be signed at check-in.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Check-in/Check-out: If you will be late for check-in, please let us know 3 hours in advance. Unscheduled check-ins or check-outs may have extra charges.
• Supermarkets & Supplies: Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. The port has nautical shops, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, and an ATM, just a 10-minute walk away.
• Port Services: You will receive a key at check-in to access showers, water, electricity, and waste disposal. Return the key at check-out, or you may be charged. VIP lounge services with Wi-Fi, billiards, and a cinema room are available on request. There is also a pool for an extra fee.
• Parking: One free parking spot per boat is available. Provide your car’s license plate 3 weeks before arrival to guarantee parking. Additional parking is €20/day.
• Mooring & Refueling: Use VHF Channel 73 to call before entering the port for mooring help. There’s also a refueling station with seasonal hours.
• Boat Condition: The boat will be delivered clean with full fuel and water tanks. It must be returned the same way. Extra costs for ports, fuel, and other services will be paid at check-in.
• Onboard Items: The boat has dishes, cutlery, coffee machines, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own soaps and food. You are responsible for cleaning dishes and taking personal items with you when you leave.
• Embarkation & Disembarkation: Boarding is at 09:00 for daily rentals, 18:00 on Friday for weekend rentals, and 18:00 on Saturday for weekly rentals. Returns are by 18:00 for daily and weekend rentals, and by 09:00 the following Saturday for weekly rentals. Early check-in is available for an additional fee.
