The Renter must pay 50% of agreed rental cost as down payment and agrees to pay the remaining 50% amount at boat rental starting date.

If Renter cancels boat rental more than thirty (30) days before rental start date there will be a full refund of down payment.

If Renter cancels boat rental less than thirty (30) days before rental period start there will be a refund of thirty percent (30%) down payment.

If Renter cancels boat rental less than five (5) days before rental period start there will be no refund of down payment
