HULL DETAILSRINA standards for structural calculation were used to dimension the structural project. This entails a greater warranty regarding the structure's quality, which is also ensured by the use of the most advanced methods and materials. The first working layers of the entire hull are made of VINYLESTER RESIN. Osmosis can be prevented very effectively by this type of resin because of its chemical and mechanical properties. Azimut is able to provide a 5-year osmosis guarantee on the basis of this. Resin Infusion technology is used for the remaining mill work, which is done with Orto phthalic/DCPD resin of known quality. Superstructures and hull broadsides both use sandwich construction with a high-performance PVC core. Sandwiched between two sheets of expanded material and marine wood, bulkheads.
