CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before the Trip:
If you need to cancel your reservation 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip, there will be no cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund of the total trip cost.
• Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled trip, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total trip cost will be applied. The remaining 70% of the trip cost will be refunded to you.
• Weather-Related Cancellations:
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions do not permit safe travel, we may need to cancel the trip. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund of the total trip cost.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
• To secure your reservation, a booking request must be submitted through our website or via direct contact with our team.
• Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the yacht for your preferred dates and provide you with a detailed quotation.
RESERVATION:
• To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required within 7 days of receiving our quotation.
• Payment can be made through the provided secure payment methods, which may include bank transfers or credit card payments.
• The remaining balance of the charter cost is due no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled embarkation date. Failure to make the balance payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit may be forfeited as per our cancellation policy.
