Booking rules
PAYMENT:
• Private charter bookings are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.
• Private charter balance payments are due on the date of the charter, unless alternative arrangements are requested by the guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations made 30 days before departure will result in a 100% payment.
• Cancellations made 60 days before departure will result in a 50% payment.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
• Travel insurance is strongly advised to protect against unexpected circumstances leading to booking cancellations.
COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS:
• Cancellations for COVID reasons within a month of the travel date (e.g., border closures/lockdowns) will incur a 1% admin fee. Alternatively, a gift card for the full amount can be provided for future use.
WAIVERS:
• Waivers must be signed by all guests, including parents/guardians signing on behalf of children, before boarding.
ALCOHOL POLICY:
• No BYOG (Bring Your Own Alcohol) is allowed as the charter is fully licensed. Guests can purchase alcohol online from the website or make special requests via email.
SAFETY & INDEMNITY:
• While every effort is made to ensure guest safety, the company is not responsible for damage, personal injury, or loss due to actions beyond its control.
• Stinger suits are provided during stinger season (November to May) and are strongly advised for guests' safety.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
• Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities.
REFUND POLICY:
• Refunds due to sail cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the booking agent. Direct bookings through the company allow for immediate processing of full refunds or date changes.
