RESERVATION:Since this is the only method for the business to ensure the full scope of your contractual service, you must make a reserve of 50% (or the agreed upon proportion). The balance must be paid in full either right before boarding in cash or one week beforehand via bank transfer or credit card.
PAYMENT:All payments must be made via bank transfer, cash, or bank card using the payment portal. We do not accept checks or any other types of payment. Specify your ID.
CANCELLATION:# In the event that the cancellation occurs due to adverse weather conditions, a decision made by the skipper of the boat, the date may be changed at no cost to the client.
# In the event that the cancellation of the boat rental departure occurs unilaterally by the client, the cancellation costs will depend on the advance notice with which it is communicated:
a) Cancellation fees are 10% of the total price more than 15 days after the event.
b) Up to 15 days prior to the event, cancellation fees will be 50% of the total price.
c) Up to 7 days prior to the event, cancellation fees will be 80% of the total price.
# In the event that the cancellation of the departure of another organized activity occurs unilaterally by the client, the cancellation costs will depend on the advance notice with which it is communicated:
a) Cancellation fees are 10% of the total price more than 15 days after the event.
