GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:The Skipper is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the crew and passengers and his instructions should be followed at all times when on board to ensure the safety of all. The Crew will brief the passengers shortly after leaving port regarding the operation of equipment, Safety procedures including the use of lifejackets, child safety and evacuation procedures. Passengers should advise the crew in advance (preferable) or on arrival of any medical condition that may manifest itself during the course of the excursion. All bookings must be paid for (Cleared Funds) in advance of any excursion. It is the responsibility of the parents or guardian of young children to ensure that they are adhering to the guidelines advised during the safety briefing.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to booking date will be refunded in full less 10% administration costs. Cancellations made within the 7 days leading up to the excursion that are not re-scheduled will not be refunded. Cancellations made by the skipper due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical failures where that excursion cannot be mutually rescheduled will be refunded in full

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
