Upon reaching Jondal, our VIP car, a BMW X5, will be at your service to transport you on a scenic 19-kilometer journey up to the awe-inspiring Folgefonna glacier. This colossal natural wonder awaits your exploration, and you have the freedom to choose your adventure. You can opt for a leisurely observation, a walk to the glacier's edge, or even book an exhilarating glacier hike to immerse yourself in its icy embrace.

Our vessel is equipped with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms for your convenience. The boat journey takes approximately 4 hours, and the return journey via our VIP car is estimated to be 2 hours, depending on your preferences. You can even choose to reverse the order, starting with a car journey from Bergen and cruising back from Folgefonna.

Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.
Booking rules
If the customer cancel the charter 21 days or more prior to the commencement of the charter it will be given 100 % refund. If cancellation is made 20 –11 days before the commencement of the charter there will be given 75% refund. A cancellation 10 – 5 days before the commencement of the charter is subject to a 25% refund. Cancellations 4 days or later prior to the commencement of the charter, no refund will be given, and the cruise must be paid in full. Cancellations shall be notified to the following e-mail address: post@seethefjords.com If the captain based on weather conditions (winds/sea etc.), have to cancel the cruise for the safety of passengers, following policy will apply: If the cancellation is informed before the cruise starts: 100% refund. If decision of cancellation is made during the trip (you have already used some services): Only the fee of the services/ cruise carried out will be charged, and we will refund remain amount. If the captain based on inappropriate behaviour of the guests, or lack of understanding of safety aspects, have to cancel the cruise for the safety of passengers or boat, following policy will apply: 0 % refund. If any technical conditions of the boat or equipment makes it impossible or unsafe to start or continue the cruise, the captain may cancel (rest of) the cruise. In such cases we will refund the cost of the remaining cruise. If we are chartered to arrive or depart a private quay, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the quay is fit, and it is safe to enter. If the captain finds the quay not fit for use, he may cancel the arrival or departure at this quay, and use another nearby quay instead.
