Itinerary:• Day 1: Arrival in Bali - Arrive in Bali and transfer to your hotel. Welcome briefing and evening at leisure to explore Bali.
• Day 2: Bali to Maumere - Depart from Bali to Maumere. Pick up from Maumere airport and transfer to your traditional Phinisi liveaboard. Set sail and enjoy your first dip in the sea or snorkeling.
• Day 3: Maumere to Lembata - Wake up to the view of Lewotolo volcano. Dive or snorkel at Bacatan Legend wall and Lamarian black sandy slopes in Lembata.
• Day 4: Lembata to Alor - Depart from Lembata to Alor. Meet the friendly children of Alor and explore local handicrafts. Dive or snorkel at various dive sites in Alor.
• Day 5: Explore Alor - Spend the day exploring Alor's marine life and cultural attractions. Visit Sika Peninsula if tides permit.
• Day 6: Alor to Wetar - Depart from Alor to Wetar. Explore Reong Island and its healthy coral reefs. Swim, dive, or snorkel in the rich waters surrounding Wetar.
• Day 7: Wetar to Gunung Api - Weather permitting, explore the isolated active volcano of Gunung Api. Snorkel or dive to observe sea snakes and seabird colonies.
• Day 8: Gunung Api to Nyata - Explore Manuk volcano and its surrounding marine life. Visit the uninhabited island of Nyata for pristine beaches and coral reefs.
• Day 9: Nyata to Lailawan - Enter the realm of the Forgotten Islands at Lailawan and Sermata. Dive or snorkel in the rich reefs of Lailawan.
• Day 10: Lailawan to Dai - Meet the local people of Dai Island. Dive or snorkel to observe diverse marine life, including hammerhead sharks.
• Day 11: Dai to Bali - Cruise back to Bali. Arrive in Bali for your last night, enjoy dinner and reminisce about your journey. Overnight stay in Bali.

Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.
Booking rules
A reservation cannot be held without written confirmation from the agent via email. Bookings made over the phone or WhatsApp are temporary and will be terminated if not confirmed in writing within 48 hours. Once the booking has been confirmed, the Operator will issue an invoice. A proforma invoice can be given to the Agent during the sales process to help validate the transaction.
PAYMENT:To guarantee your bookings, payment must be received within the Payment terms below. For bookings made 60 days or more before the Cruise Departure Date:
• A 40% deposit of the total net amount of the cruise is due within 7 days of the Invoice Date.
• This deposit is non-refundable unless a booking replacement is found or provided by the Agent or the Operator.
• The balance payment is to be settled 60 days before the Cruise Departure Date.
For bookings made 0-59 days before the Cruise Departure Date:
• The full amount of the Cruise sold must be settled within 7 days of the Invoice Date.
If the Operator does not receive the deposit and/or the balance payment in time, the Operator retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces. These booking rules ensure the timely and secure processing of payments, allowing for the smooth execution of your cruise experience.
PAYMENT TERMS:• The Operator will select the appropriate terms from the options below: Payment within 7 days of Invoice Date (not date received).
• All prices are in USD and exclude VAT. VAT is to be added to the final invoice minus agent commission at 11%.
• The Agent has the possibility to pay in Euro (EUR), American dollars (USD), or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) after confirming the rates.
• Any bank fees or charges at the Agent’s bank must be paid by The Agent.
• Any bank fees or charges at the Operator’s bank resulting from a bank transfer from the Agent must be paid separately by the Agent.
• In the event of a shortfall due to a foreign country payment, the Agent must pay the shortfall before the reservation will be confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellation must be made in writing by email and acknowledged by both parties.
• More than 60 days prior to departure: 40% of the total cruise price will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless a booking replacement is found or provided by the Agent or the Operator.
• 59 - 0 days prior to departure: 100% of the cruise price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• No-show on the Cruise Departure Date: 100% of the cruise price will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If the Operator is unable to deliver services: Alternative arrangements or full compensation will be offered. Legal Code Indonesia applies for permanent inability to deliver services due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
