PRICES INCLUDES:• Rental of the sailboat with skipper and hostess.
• Water provided by desalination, gas, bed linen, and towels.

• Liability insurance on board only.

• Participation in boat conveyance.
• Participation in the final cleaning of the boat.
PROGRAM CHANGES• Programs of all cruises are subject to change for technical, meteorological, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The Skipper reserves the right to cancel or modify a cruise, assuming no liability for loss, damage, or expenses due to delays or changes.
DEPOSIT POLICY:• 50% of the total amount is required at the signature of the contract.
• Another 50% of the total amount is due 60 days before the charter.
TOTAL DEPOSIT:One deposit of 1500 € is required for your cruise.
PAYMENT METHOD:Payments can be made by check, bank transfer, or as specified in the contract.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:A security deposit will be held during the charter and returned at the end if everything is in good condition.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER::The charter assumes no liability for loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to delays or changes in cruise schedules, whether caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

CONTRACT SIGNATURE:The client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract upon signature.
