Booking rules
PRICE INCLUDES:
- aperitif and drinks (water and white wine),
- the use of masks and snorkels (we still recommend the use of personal equipment),
information material and binoculars
PRICE EXCLUDES:
- entrance to the Sea Turtle Center (cost €2.50) or landing tax (from €2.50 to €5) of the Municipality of Porto Torres Services extra:
- "Cantina a Bordo": tasting of excellent wines (5 bottles), white or red of your choice
Diving: scuba diving service affiliated with Asinara Catamaran Charter
PAYMENT POLICY:
Upon confirmation of your booking, you need to make a payment of 50%, and the remaining 50% is to be settled at the time of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- in case of bad weather: 100% (refund within 2 days of the booking date)
- in case of damage: 100% (refund within 2 days from the booking date)
- in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer (48h before the boarding date): 80% (within 2 days from the booking date)
- in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer (less than 48 hours but no later than 24 hours from the boarding date): 20% (refund within 2 days from the booking date)
- in case of non-presence of the customer on the boarding date there will be no refund from Asinara Catamaran,
Damage deposit : £0
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
