EXTRAS:

PAYMENT:
• First Payment: 30% of the total fee is due within 3 days after booking confirmation.
• Second Payment: 70% of the total fee is due 30 days before the charter begins.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Extra services (e.g., skipper, hostess) are available at additional costs based on the current price list.
• These services must be confirmed in writing at least 7 days before embarkation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform the charter company. The cancellation charges are as follows:
• If you cancel up to 30 days before your accommodation starts, you may be charged up to 30% of the full accommodation rate.
• If you cancel less than 30 days before your accommodation starts, you may be charged the full accommodation rate (up to 100%).
• If Bellatrix Yachting finds another client for the canceled period, you may be charged up to 20% of the full accommodation rate.
The date when we received your cancellation notice in writing determines the cancellation charges. If your cancellation is due to a Force Majeure event or objective reasons (like significant vessel damage from prior bookings), you have two options:
• You'll be provided with a similar vessel without delay.
• You'll receive a full refund of all the money you've paid.
If there's damage to non-essential parts of the vessel during prior accommodation or if a course or event is shortened due to vessel breakdown before the next accommodation, you can't cancel the accommodation or request a reduction in the accommodation rate.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND VESSEL INSURANCE:
# Insurance:
• Insurance covers Compulsory Passenger Insurance and Compulsory Third-Party Insurance.
• Personal passenger property isn't covered.
• No compensation for damage caused by gross negligence or intentional acts by the Client.
# Security Deposit:
• Pay a security deposit in EURO currency before getting the vessel.
• Get the deposit back if no damage or loss is found after your stay.
• Deposit covers repair or replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment.
• If you hire a skipper, you still pay the deposit but can't use it for their negligence.
# No-Return Deposit:
• It's possible to pay a non-refundable deposit as per the Price List.
# Sailing Beyond Montenegro:
• Inform us early if you plan to sail outside Montenegro's territorial waters.
• You'll be charged for additional expenses.
# Sea Damage and Breakdown:
• You can pay for repairs up to EUR 150.00 for normal wear and tear.
• No reimbursement if the issue is fixed within 24 hours.
• If a major issue or sea damage occurs, follow our instructions.
• Unreported damage is your responsibility.
• For racing regatta charter, the deposit amount is doubled.
• Non-return deposit isn't an option for racing regatta charter.
VESSEL DELIVERY PROCEDURE:
• Vessel delivery happens on Saturdays starting from 2 pm.
• Provide a verified voucher, your info, and dates to our representative.
• Return the vessel with full fuel and water tanks in the same condition.
• Inspect the inventory and vessel condition with our rep and sign off.
• No complaints accepted if everything was in order during delivery.
• Hidden issues not expected by us won't reduce the accommodation rate.
• We may ask you to demonstrate sailing skills at your expense.
• If you're not competent, we'll hire an official skipper (you pay).
• Refusing the skipper means you can't leave, and the agreement ends without a refund.
REDELIVERY OF THE VESSEL (CHECK-OUT):
• Return the vessel on Saturday by 9 am (or Friday at 6 pm for regatta charters).
• Check inventory and fuel level, provide the last fuel bill.
• If the fuel tank isn't full, pay for missing fuel and any damages found during inspection.
• Empty septic tanks before returning the vessel.
• If not returned to the agreed port, cover transfer and penalty costs.
• No weather-related delays acknowledged; keep the vessel nearby in the last 24 hours.
• Delay over 1 hour incurs double daily rate and additional costs.
• To extend your stay, inform us for availability and necessary documentation.
LIABILITY OF CLIENT:
• Be competent to sail or accept a skipper.
• Hold valid navigation licenses.
• Stick to passenger limits on the Crewlist.
• Follow the host country's laws.
• Avoid alcohol/drugs when operating the vessel.
• Report sea damage and follow instructions.
• Plan routes carefully and avoid night sailing.
• Notify in gale-force winds or rough weather.
• Protect vessel parts depending on weather.
• Get consent for bringing pets onboard.
• Empty septic tanks properly.
LIABILITY OF CHARTER COMPANY:
• Vessel delivered in good working order, cleaned, with full tanks.
• If delayed up to 24 hours, refund for one day's accommodation.
• For delays exceeding 24 hours, a similar vessel will be provided.
• If you wait for the booked vessel, claim for the unavailable days.
• We are not liable beyond the accommodation rate.
• Not responsible for delays due to Force Majeure or rough weather.
