Boarding your chosen vessel, you'll set sail for the captivating islands of Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan, and Nusa Penida, each offering its own unique charm and allure. En route, indulge in a delectable platter of local fruits while ambient music fills the air, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and excitement.
As the islands come into view, approximately 60 minutes into the cruise, you'll find yourself immersed in a world of possibilities. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:To secure your charter reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due 48 hours before departure. For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is necessary upfront. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Xendit, and online bank transfers, with applicable processing fees. Upon successful booking, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Please ensure accuracy in your booking details, as we are not responsible for errors or non-acknowledgment of terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY:• Changes within 7 days incur a Change Fee of 1,200,000 IDR.
• One-time date change allowed, based on availability, up to 5 days before charters (maximum).
• Cancellation due to inclement weather offers an alternative date or refund/voucher.
• Full refund for cancellations 90 days or more prior. Within 60 days, USD 500 or 50% refunded (whichever is greater), plus processing fee if applicable.
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of embarkation.
• No refund for personal reasons or travel restrictions.
• Payments held for 24 months for future charters or transfer/sale.
• No refund if guest cancels during charter due to seasickness without deemed unsafe conditions.
• Guest responsibility for seasickness prevention and fitness prior to embarkation.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:• Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel, premises, or property caused during the charter.
• We may charge the credit/debit card on file for damages incurred.
• Legal action may be taken by our group if necessary.
• Charter extension beyond standard duration is charged hourly.
• Sunset Charters explore Bali's coastlines from Serangan harbor.
• Recommended pick-up at least 1 hour before departure.
• Day Cruises depart Serangan at 10:00 am, Sunset Charters at 3:30 pm.
• Day charter duration is 8 hours, Sunset charter is 4 hours, ending by 7:00 pm.
• Dinner is charged separately: inquire for availability and menu options.
• Land tours on Nusa Penida can be arranged: contact for details.
• We offer fishing but not exclusively: diverse activities are available.
• We do not offer beach pickups due to safety concerns.
• Departure from Benoa harbor requires a $115 harbor clearance fee.
• Consult a physician regarding seasickness prevention: precautions advised.
• Professional bartenders available for hire: rates start at $230.
• Guides count as passengers and may incur additional fees.
• Photoshoots available from 7 am to 9 am: inquire for pricing.
• Sit-down dinner available on select vessels; contact for availability.
• Seafood BBQ option available for $29/person on select vessels.
• Lunch onshore is not included: restaurants can be recommended.
