BOOKING POLICY:
• Deposit: Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the charter fee to secure the booking.
• Balance Payment: The balance of the charter fee is due 30 days prior to the charter period.
• Returned Checks: A service charge of 50 USD will apply for any returned checks.
• Full Payment: All charters must be reserved and paid for in full prior to your arrival to confirm the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Rescheduling: The Charterer has the option to reschedule the charter for a later date within the sailing season (within one year) at no additional cost, with any funds paid applied to the new charter.
• Cancellations More Than 30 Days Prior: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date will result in a full refund, less a 350 USD cancellation fee.
• Cancellations Less Than 30 Days but More Than a Week Prior: If cancellation occurs less than 30 days but more than a week prior to the charter, the Charterer will receive a full refund, less a 750 USD cancellation fee.
• Cancellations Within a Week: Charters cancelled within a week of the start date will forfeit all refunds.
• Weather-Related Cancellations: If it is deemed unsafe to go out due to weather on the day of the charter, the Owner may cancel the charter, and all monies will be refunded, or the Charterer can reschedule for another date during the calendar year.
• Charter Abortion: We reserve the right to cancel or abort the charter if there is a risk of harm to the vessel, charter guests, or hired crew due to intoxication, reckless actions, or aggressive behavior of the guests.
• Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation/trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Charterers can purchase cancellation protection from us for an additional 15% of the base charter rate, allowing cancellation for any reason with 48 hours notice without penalty and a full refund of all funds paid (including tax and additional options selected). Note: The 15% cancellation protection fee is non-refundable once paid.

PRICE EXCLUDES:
• Should you choose to hire a captain, the Crew Service Fees and gratuity are in addition to your catamaran boat rental and will be paid directly to the crew who you have hired for your private charter on the day. (Credit Card or Cash is accepted)
• Provisions: There are nearby grocery stores you can visit (or order from Instacart) to provision your boat upon arrival. For your convenience, we can also refer you to local provisioning service providers.
• Fuel: The boat will be full when you arrive, and we ask that on your final charter day, that you return to the fuel dock to refill before departure.
• Additional night at the dock before or after charter, at a reduced fee to assist with travel convenience.
