Price Includes

The base price covers the rental of the yacht and all necessary onboard equipment for navigation and comfort.

Price Excludes

Excluded from the base rate are the costs for fuel, skipper, final cleaning, food and beverages, transfer services, and port charges.

Compulsory and Optional Extras

Mandatory Charter Pack: Includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels set, and outboard motor for the dinghy.

Optional Extras: Insurance, onboard toys, professional skipper services, and pet accommodation (subject to approval and conditions).

Dining & Onboard Services

Self-Catering: Guests can stock the yacht with their own groceries and prepare meals using the onboard kitchen. This provides flexibility for dietary preferences and budgets. (Terms and conditions apply).

Private Chef: A private chef can be hired to deliver a personalized culinary experience onboard. This must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees.

Restaurant Dining: Guests may also dine at coastal restaurants and beach clubs during the journey. This option offers the chance to enjoy local cuisine and immerse in the region’s food culture. All food and beverage services carry additional charges and availability may vary.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total charter amount is required to confirm the reservation. Bookings are only secured once this payment has been received. The remaining 50% must be paid at least one month prior to the cruise. If not paid on time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without refund.

Cancellation Policy

More than 10 weeks before departure: 20% cancellation fee applies.

10 to 8 weeks before departure: 40% cancellation fee applies.

8 to 4 weeks before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

4 to 2 weeks before departure: 80% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100% of the rental fee is non-refundable.

If the company cannot deliver the service due to unforeseen issues, a full refund will be provided without obligation to modify the contract.

General Terms

The vessel must be returned to the agreed location on time. A joint check-out with both parties will be conducted. The yacht must be returned in the same condition as received — clean, with full water and fuel tanks, and all equipment stowed properly. Failure to comply will incur charges from the safety deposit.

Late returns due to weather are not excused. If not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a search operation will be initiated and charged to the lessee.

If the yacht becomes unavailable due to breakdown or unexpected issues, a similar yacht will be provided or a refund/discount will be arranged depending on circumstances.

The lessee is responsible for all damages, theft, or accidents occurring during the charter and must report any incidents immediately. All costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Strict compliance with maritime regulations is mandatory. Violations may lead to termination of the charter without refund. The lessee is liable for legal consequences or fines resulting from non-compliance.

All provisioning, port fees, fuel, and consumables during the trip are the lessee’s responsibility.

The lessee is also liable for personal item loss or damage and must ensure safe operation and compliance with all safety measures.
