Compulsory Extras:

To maintain the yacht in top condition and provide essential services, the following compulsory extras apply:

● Bed Linen & Towels: €20 per person – A set of fresh bed linens and towels provided at the start of the charter. Additional sets are available for a nominal fee.

● Final Cleaning: €180 per charter – Comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of the yacht after each charter to ensure a high standard of hygiene for subsequent guests.

Optional Extras:

Enhance your yacht charter experience with the following optional services and amenities:

● Skipper: €1,330 – A licensed and experienced captain responsible for navigating the yacht safely and managing all onboard operations.

Payment Terms:

● Remainder: The remaining 50% balance is due 4 weeks prior to the departure date. Failure to complete the payment by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

● Urgent Cancellation by Lessor: In exceptional circumstances, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the booking within 4 days of signing the agreement, with a full refund issued to the guest.

● Late Payments: If the final payment is not received by the specified deadline, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit retained as compensation for lost booking opportunities.

Cancellation Policy:

To provide flexibility while ensuring fair compensation, the following cancellation policy applies:

● Up to 7 days after booking: Full refund of all payments made if canceled within 7 days of booking confirmation.

● More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% refunded to the guest.

● Less than 30 days before departure: 85% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with the remaining 15% refunded to the guest.

● Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the charter price will be retained as a cancellation fee, with no refund applicable.
