• Catering or private chef services are available upon request, at an additional cost.
• Guests have the option to shop for provisions while at anchor or during marina stops.

• A 50% deposit is required within 5 days after booking confirmation to secure the charter.
• The remaining 50% is due 35 days before the departure date.

• More than 100 days before departure: 20% of the total charter price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 100 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total charter price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total charter price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• The booking can be canceled more than 100 days before check-in, with a full refund of the amounts received.

• A security deposit must be made on the day of check-in via pre-authorization using a valid VISA or MasterCard or by SWIFT transfer 5 days before departure.
• For one-week charters, the deposit must be paid before departure, even if clients have purchased third-party insurance.
• For charters lasting 2 weeks or more, the security deposit must be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages.
• If damages exceed the security deposit, the client will be required to pay the additional amount to cover the costs.
• The insurance does not cover repairs or materials not listed in the charter contract’s Appendix No. 1.
• The insurance will not cover failure to refuel the boat, conduct under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violations of safety rules, or any fines/penalties incurred during the charter.
• If damage exceeds 50% of the security deposit, the charter company may request additional payment to cover the full deposit amount or cancel the charter.
• Check-in is available on Saturday or Monday (for Monday-to-Monday charters) from 17:00 to 21:00, with early check-in available upon request for an additional fee.
• Check-out must occur one day before the end of the charter (Friday for Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday for Monday-to-Monday charters) before 18:00, with final check-out between 09:00 on Saturday or Monday.
• Clients must return the yacht with full fuel tanks.
• Required documents for check-in: valid sailing license, passport, or EU ID.
• Pets are allowed on board with prior written confirmation and an additional cleaning fee. Only one pet per charter is permitted, and extra cleaning costs 173€.
• The charter company does not work with citizens of the Russian Federation or Russian charter agencies, although exceptions may apply upon request.
