We request cancellations to be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date in order to provide a seamless experience for all of our visitors. The terms and conditions specified in our policy will apply to cancellations made within this time frame. In order for us to give all of our clients the best service possible, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following this policy.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY:
• A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of an initial 50% of the total charter price at the time of booking.
• The remaining 50% of the total charter price is due no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled charter date.
• We offer the convenience of multiple payment options to enhance your booking experience. Our accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
