• The yacht charter price includes sailboats and equipment as per the price list.

• Bedlinen, auxiliary inflatable boat, fuel, gas, autopilot, GPS, and other specific equipment are covered.

• All charters come with a mandatory skipper.

• Port taxes are not included in the charter price.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• 50% of the total payment is due within 5 business days after the booking confirmation.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before the departure date.

• Boat possession is effective upon full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the 50% advance payment is not received by the scheduled date, the company may cancel the booking.

AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE:

Upon payment of the 50% booking rate, the client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions for Onboard Accommodation Service and vessel features.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Additional services (e.g., airport transfers, sea toys, hostesses) are available at extra cost.

• Confirm these services in writing at least 7 days before embarkation.
