The email should explicitly request acknowledgment of receipt and specify whether it is a cancellation or a request for a change of trip, including the new requested date if applicable. Additionally, passengers must provide a contact phone number for effective communication.

• Minimum Participation Requirement: Please note that for certain cruises, departure is contingent upon reaching a minimum number of participants.
