RESERVATION:

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• To formalize the reservation, a transfer of 50% of the total trip cost is required.
• Reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit via bank transfer.
• The remaining amount of the trip must be paid in cash in $USD at the time of boarding.
• Charter will not commence until the client has deposited the full payment with the captain.
• Children under 12 years of age receive a 50% discount; children under 3 years of age stay free if they sleep with their parents.
• Rates will be increased by 20% from December 24 to January 6.
• Two options available: Shared charter, where guests share the boat but have a private cabin, and Private charter, offering exclusive use of the entire boat.
• Charter routes may vary based on weather conditions and guest preferences.
• Ground transportation costs include $80 per person for a cab from Panama City to San Blas port and $70 per person for a water taxi to the boat (round trip).
• Air transportation costs entail $25 per car and transfer for a cab from Panama City to Albrook airport, and from about $1,000 for a private plane from Albrook airport to San Blas airport (round trip).
• Food consists of high-quality, fresh ingredients with unique menus tailored for each charter. Dietary preferences and restrictions can be accommodated with prior notice.
• Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for travelers from Brazil, except for certain exceptions.
• Moderate alcohol consumption is advised onboard for safety reasons.
• Free broadband internet service is available via the Starlink satellite system.
• Essential items to bring include a passport, bathing suits, sandals, summer clothing, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, mosquito spray, and sufficient cash.
• The currency in Panama is the Balboa and the US dollar; it's recommended to arrive with USD.
• Trip is all-inclusive onboard, excluding transportation costs, island entrance fees, tips, and souvenirs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation Fees: The cancellation fees are outlined in the information provided for each contracted boat and charter. Passengers are encouraged to review this information carefully before confirming their booking.
• Designation of Replacement: Should a passenger become unable or unwilling to travel for any reason prior to boarding, they have the option to designate another person to take their place. The replacement must agree to adhere to the same terms and conditions of the original booking, and no additional cost will be incurred for this substitution.
• Requesting Changes or Cancellations: Passengers wishing to make changes to their trip or cancel their booking must submit a request via email. The email should explicitly request acknowledgment of receipt and specify whether it is a cancellation or a request for a change of trip, including the new requested date if applicable. Additionally, passengers must provide a contact phone number for effective communication.
• Minimum Participation Requirement: Please note that for certain cruises, departure is contingent upon reaching a minimum number of participants. If this minimum requirement is not met, the cruise may be subject to cancellation. In such instances, affected passengers will receive a full refund, and no further compensation will be provided beyond the refund amount.
