Here are the options we offer:
• Reschedule: We can arrange a new date for your cruise. If that doesn't work for you, we have option two.
• Refund: We understand that plans can change, and if rescheduling isn't feasible, we'll provide a refund.
We also have contingency plans, like modifying the cruise duration or adjusting the itinerary, but rest assured, we'll only consider these if the weather doesn't align with your preferences. Fingers crossed for smooth sailing.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Yacht Use: You have full freedom to enjoy the yacht during your booked time. Just remember to return it in its original condition, and please avoid littering the water - confetti is a no-go!
• Reservation Planning: When booking, let's try to plan in a way that minimizes the need for changes later. Route adjustments or cruise extensions can often be accommodated even on the day of the trip, while shortening the cruise is possible as long as the planned route can be completed within the available time.
• Arrival Time: We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled departure time. Finding parking in Sopot or Gdańsk can be challenging, especially during summer and weekends. Additionally, the walk along the pier takes a few minutes, so plan accordingly.
• Meeting Point: A day or two before your cruise, you'll receive instructions confirming the meeting point and contact information for the coordinator (note that the coordinator may not always be the skipper).
• Attire: Dress comfortably. Soft-soled shoes are best, or you can go barefoot in the summer. It's slightly cooler on the water, so bring an extra layer. There's space below deck for backpacks or to warm up.
• Swimming: If conditions permit and the skipper approves, absolutely! To fully enjoy the cruise, take a swim, and make the most of your time on the water, it's best to have more than 2 hours.
• Yacht Space: The entire yacht is for your enjoyment. The skipper ensures your safety and explains basic rules. Everyone can find a comfortable spot, and you're invited to actively steer the vessel with a short instruction.
• Alcohol: While you can bring your own, we offer great catering options for every occasion. With the excitement of the water, wind, and sun, you might find you can celebrate fully on land.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on board, but our skipper can suggest a designated smoking area.
• Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions. We provide life jackets for passengers weighing as little as 5 kg, so we're prepared for all ages.
• Pets: You're welcome to bring your pet, just ensure they have a dedicated safety vest.
• Year-Round Sailing: We sail all year round! Cruises from November to March are organized when weather conditions are favorable. Dress warmly and bring an extra layer during winter trips. We also provide hot tea or coffee to keep you warm.
• Sailing Skills: You don't need sailing skills. Our yachts are large and safe, and life jackets are recommended for those who aren't experienced sailors.
• Safety: The yacht is fully equipped according to safety regulations and requirements. It has safety systems and mechanisms to ensure maximum safety and comfort. Our experienced crew provides training before the trip.
