LA ROCHELLE WEEKLY CHARTERLa Rochelle, situated on the magnificent Atlantic coast, entices with its timeless elegance and abundance of sailing delights. Itinerary:# Day 1: Arrive in La Rochelle, meet the charter company, and board the yacht. Explore the Vieux Port and enjoy a delightful dinner in the charming city.

# The charter company may suspend or cancel reservations for violations or non-payment.

# The charter company can modify Terms & Conditions, prices, and services with communication through the Application or email.
# The charter company's liability is limited to the service cost, and they are not responsible for indirect damages.

# Disputes will be subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

PAYMENT:# We offer Subscription options payable in full upon subscription or monthly via direct debit or credit card.
# The current Subscription price is determined by us and may be revised on each anniversary date.
# Customers can pay for Services separately, in addition to the Subscription price, through direct debit or credit card.
# Non-Subscribers can also pay for Services in euros using various payment methods.
# Prices for Services are set by us at our discretion and may be subject to change over time.
# We ensure secure online payments via STRIPE, and customers will receive a payment summary via email.
# We do not have access to customers' banking information for added security.
# For check payments, customers must provide a legible copy of proof of identity as required by law.
# We are not liable for any fraudulent use of bank cards, checkbooks, or customer accounts.
# Any bank charges related to payments by bank cards are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:Reservation dates and times can be changed only for the same or longer duration. Before release, a booking can be changed once. Modification and cancellation conditions vary for subscribers and non-subscribers.
Customers are notified that the ability to withdraw from service contracts for "leisure activities" booked for certain days or periods does not apply. As a result, they are unable to cancel utilizing their right of withdrawal. Customers may, however, cancel or change their reservation in accordance with the terms outlined in Annex 1 of these General Conditions.
Cancellation Fees:# More than 48 hours in advance: 0 € or 50% of the reservation
# Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation or 100% of the reservation
# Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation or 100% of the reservation
Modification or Cancellation for Outings Longer than 48 Hours:# More than a month in advance: 0 € or 20% of the reservation
# Between one week and one month in advance: 0 € or 50% of the reservation
# Between 48 hours and one week in advance: 50% of the reservation or 100% of the reservation
# Less than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation or 100% of the reservation
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:# At the beginning of your reservation, you are required to conduct an inventory of the boat's equipment through the application. If any equipment is missing or the boat is damaged, it is essential to report it.
# Animals are not permitted on board.
# We cleans the boat upon your return, but it should be returned in an acceptable state of cleanliness, with equipment stowed, mainsail furled, waste evacuated, dishes washed, and the deck cleaned with a water jet. If the sailboat is returned excessively dirty, exceptional cleaning costs may apply.
# For outings lasting less than 48 hours, we handle refueling, but the boat should be returned with a minimum of ¼ fuel. During the booking process, you must refuel if needed.
# For outings lasting longer than 48 hours, you must return the boat with the same fuel level as when you departed.
# Our teams are available upon request. If you don't request assistance, you're responsible for returning the boat independently.
# Before leaving the boat, report any issues via the application or by contacting us. We conduct thorough inspections of sailboats after each use.Damage or loss of equipment will be charged to the skipper.
# No penalty for being up to 30 minutes late. If beyond 30 minutes, a charge per half-hour late will apply.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
