INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect their travel investment at the time of contract signature. This coverage will help offset cancellation charges in the event of illness before or during the trip. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance, as well as baggage insurance, is available at travel agencies.

Additionally, the purchase of medical insurance, which includes coverage for medical expenses, evacuation, and 24-hour consultation assistance, is strongly suggested.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Due to regulations of the Indonesian Government, all transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah. Payments will be based on the prevailing exchange rates on the day of the transaction. Payments can be made via bank transfer to our USD bank account, with bank details provided on each invoice.

Payments should be made according to the following schedule:
• Upon Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the trip cost.
• 90 Days Prior to Departure / Upon Receipt of Invoice: The remaining payment of 60%

BOOKING POLICY:

● Requests for booking cruises can be made via email, facsimile or telephone.
● To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. Only bookings secured by a deposit will be honored.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a trip cancellation, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by trip members. We are not liable for charges or cancellations due to passengers failing to verify the validity of their passports (a minimum of 6 months of validity is required to enter Indonesia) and visa entry requirements for certain countries that require an Indonesian Tourist Visa to be obtained abroad.

Cancellation fees are based on the following schedule:

• For cancellations made 61 to 90 days prior to departure, a fee of 60% of the deposit for exclusive charter will be charged.
• For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to departure, a fee of 80% of the trip cost will be applied.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less before departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made at or after trip departure, a fee of 100% of the trip cost will be applied.
