● Day 1: Boarding at Marina Blue Lagoon, Saint Vincent

● Day 4: Mosquito Island to Mayreau

● Day 5: Mayreau to Tobago Cays

The yacht, skipper, and fuel are included in the base charter price. However, your experience can be improved by a few more services. For an additional fee, you may purchase water sports gear for pursuits like kayaking or paddleboarding. We also provide easy airport transportation to and from the marina. The Paradise Foods app is a convenient service that delivers fresh supplies directly to your yacht, whether you're parked at the marina or anchored in a remote cove. BOOKING POLICY:
● Advance Bookings: Reservations made more than 3 months in advance require a 30% deposit, a second 30% deposit 3 months before departure, and the balance one month before departure.
● Short-Term Bookings:
i) Bookings made 1 to 3 months before departure require a 50% deposit upon reservation, with the balance due one month before departure.
ii) Bookings less than one month prior to departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.
PAYMENT POLICY:
● Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation without refund.
● Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, French checks (not accepted within one month of departure), bank transfer, and cash up to 50% of the total rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● More than 180 Days Before Departure: Refund of all payments minus €300 for administrative costs.
● Between 180 and 90 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of payments made, minus €300 in administrative fees.
● Within 90 Days of Departure: No refund will be provided.
● Tenant's Insurance: Tenants are encouraged to secure their own cancellation insurance at their expense.
If the vessel provided is not seaworthy and cannot be replaced within 48 hours, the tenant may cancel the contract and receive a refund of payments made, without additional compensation.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
● Charter Conditions: The vessel will be provided in seaworthy condition, with a thorough inventory taken at embarkation. It is the tenant's responsibility to inspect and confirm all equipment before departure.
● Responsibilities: The tenant agrees to use the vessel for leisure purposes only and to comply with all maritime regulations in the visited countries. A logbook must be maintained throughout the charter.
● Skipper Requirements: The tenant or designated skipper must provide evidence of navigation experience. If qualifications are deemed insufficient, a professional skipper may be assigned at the tenant's cost, or the contract may be terminated without refund.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY:
● Vessel Insurance: The rental includes all-risk insurance, covering damage to the boat, theft (excluding accessories), and third-party liability. The tenant is liable up to the insurance deductible specified in the contract.
● Personal Insurance: Tenants should arrange personal insurance to cover their crew and personal property.
● Regatta Provisions: Additional insurance conditions may apply for participation in regattas, including a doubled deposit and special pre-authorization requirements.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
