Descrizione

The Grand Mediterranean Crossing is a 17-day private yacht voyage from Barcelona to Turkey's Aegean coast, travelling through France, Monaco, Italy, Malta, Croatia, Montenegro and Greece. It is the most extensive itinerary in this batch, connecting the sophistication of the Western Mediterranean with the island channels of the Adriatic, the historic gateways of Greece and the maritime character of coastal Turkey.

The journey is operated aboard a 62-metre Codecasa yacht carrying up to 18 guests in seven cabins. Seventeen experienced crew members provide a complete luxury charter service, ensuring that accommodation, guest requests, dining arrangements, deck preparation, navigation and destination logistics are handled professionally throughout the crossing.

Barcelona's status as a major Mediterranean city makes it an exceptional departure point. International accessibility, modern marina services and a vibrant waterfront provide an efficient beginning, while the yacht's scale allows guests to leave the city behind without giving up space, comfort or sophisticated hospitality.

About Our 17-Day Grand Mediterranean Service

The service is centred on individual guest preferences and thoughtful preparation. A voyage covering so many regions requires experienced planning, and the captain and crew coordinate the route according to weather, safe navigation, marina access and the charter party's priorities. The proposed itinerary provides a strong framework while retaining the flexibility expected from private yacht travel.

Guests may request an active programme with frequent shore visits or a more relaxed balance featuring additional deck time and quieter anchorages. The yacht's multiple lounges, sun deck, gym, jacuzzi and dining areas mean comfort is not dependent on constant destination activity. Longer passages become part of the experience rather than simply time between ports.

Day 1 - Barcelona, Spain: Boarding begins at Barcelona's modern marina. Guests are welcomed by the crew, shown to their cabins and introduced to the yacht. Departure offers a first opportunity to enjoy the exterior spaces and watch the Catalan coastline recede as the grand crossing begins.

Day 2 - Marseille, France: Marseille provides the first international stop. Its busy maritime heritage, historic harbour and surrounding southern French coastline form a strong introduction to the voyage. Guests can explore the waterfront or enjoy a quieter programme onboard after the first passage.

Day 3 - Cannes, France: The yacht continues east toward Cannes and the elegant surroundings of the French Riviera. Time may be spent visiting the destination, observing the marina atmosphere or relaxing on deck. The crew coordinates dining and guest service around the preferred schedule.

Day 4 - Monaco: Monaco introduces one of the Mediterranean's most prestigious harbour environments. The principality's steep coastal setting and concentration of luxury venues create a striking scene from the yacht. Guests can enjoy the destination ashore before returning to a private evening onboard.

Day 5 - Portofino, Italy: Crossing into Italy leads to Portofino, with its colourful harbour and surrounding hills. The compact scale of the village creates an intimate atmosphere, while the yacht remains a spacious retreat nearby. The visit highlights the charm of the Italian Riviera.

Day 6 - Corsica, France: The itinerary turns south toward Corsica. Mountainous terrain, rugged shoreline and clear coastal waters create a distinctly natural stage after the urban elegance of Monaco and Cannes. The day can be paced around scenic cruising, deck relaxation and a suitable island stop.

Day 7 - Sardinia, Italy: Sardinia delivers another exceptional island environment, recognised for its sculpted coastline and transparent waters. Guests may enjoy a peaceful anchorage, a marina visit or a combination of coastal exploration and onboard leisure, depending on local conditions.

Day 8 - Sicily, Italy: Sicily marks the movement into the central Mediterranean. The island's cultural depth and varied maritime landscape offer many possible experiences. The crew arranges the day's programme to balance exploration with rest after the sequence of Western Mediterranean destinations.

Day 9 - Malta: Malta's historic harbours and fortified architecture present a powerful visual contrast to the natural islands visited earlier. The destination also serves as a strategic link before the yacht turns toward the Adriatic and the Croatian coast.

Day 10 - Dubrovnik, Croatia: Arrival in Dubrovnik introduces the eastern Adriatic through one of its most recognised historic cities. The old walls and stone waterfront are particularly impressive from the sea. Guests may visit the city while the yacht and crew provide a private base nearby.

Day 11 - Split, Croatia: The voyage continues along the Croatian coast to Split. Islands, mountain-backed channels and historic settlements shape the passage. Split offers a combination of cultural exploration and contemporary waterfront life before the journey progresses to Hvar.

Day 12 - Hvar, Croatia: Hvar provides a refined island stop with attractive architecture, clear surrounding waters and a well-established yachting atmosphere. The day may include a visit ashore, a relaxed lunch and time enjoying the yacht's exterior decks in the Adriatic setting.

Day 13 - Kotor, Montenegro: Kotor is reached through an extraordinary mountain-lined bay. The approach is a destination experience in itself, best appreciated from the sun deck or forward exterior areas. Historic Kotor and the surrounding landscape make this one of the most memorable stages of the crossing.

Day 14 - Corfu, Greece: The yacht enters Greece at Corfu, an Ionian island with green landscapes and a distinctive combination of Mediterranean influences. The destination provides a comfortable transition from the Adriatic to the Greek section of the route.

Day 15 - Athens, Greece: Athens serves as a major historical and maritime gateway before the final eastbound stage. Guests may spend time in the city or enjoy the marina setting while preparations are completed for the crossing toward Turkey.

Day 16 - Bodrum, Turkey: Entering Turkish waters, the yacht arrives in Bodrum. The destination's marina culture, Aegean scenery and historic character provide a strong introduction to Turkey. Guests can experience the waterfront and enjoy a final evening of refined service onboard.

Day 17 - Turkish Aegean Coast: The voyage concludes along the Turkish Aegean coast at a suitable agreed marina. The final stage offers time to appreciate the coastline before the crew coordinates luggage and disembarkation. Guests complete a crossing that has linked seven countries and several major Mediterranean cruising regions.

About Our 62-Metre Codecasa Luxury Yacht

The Codecasa 62m has the proportions, accommodation and technical presence expected from a yacht intended for extended luxury cruising. Its classic Italian exterior design provides a prestigious appearance in Barcelona, Monaco, Dubrovnik and Bodrum, while the expansive decks remain equally valuable during remote island passages.

Della Role Design created the interior around refined materials, elegant furniture and carefully composed spaces. The result is a yacht that can support formal dinners, relaxed family time, private conversations and larger social gatherings without forcing every activity into the same area.

Seven cabins accommodate a maximum of 18 guests. The arrangement includes an owner suite, double cabins and twin cabins, offering flexibility for different group structures. Guests retain their own private accommodation throughout the 17-day voyage, avoiding the repeated packing and transfers associated with hotel-based multi-country travel.

The exterior environment is designed for prolonged enjoyment of the Mediterranean climate. A spacious sun deck includes a jacuzzi, bar and comfortable lounging zones. These areas become natural gathering points for morning coffee, daytime relaxation, destination viewing and evening drinks as the yacht moves between countries.

Fitness facilities allow guests to remain active, and entertainment systems provide a range of indoor leisure options. Elevator access connects the main guest levels, making movement around the yacht easier. Elegant dining spaces can be used for different styles of service and different moments of the journey.

The 17-member crew is fundamental to the overall experience. Their presence ensures the yacht remains immaculately maintained while guest service continues throughout destination visits, cruising days and overnight passages. Privacy is respected, yet professional assistance remains readily available.

The Mediterranean Without Compromise

This 17-day crossing is created for travellers who do not want to choose between the Riviera, Italian islands, the Adriatic, Greece and Turkey. It brings these regions into one coherent private voyage, removing the disruption of repeated hotel changes, commercial transport schedules and fragmented service arrangements.

From Barcelona's cosmopolitan waterfront to Marseille, Cannes, Monaco, Portofino, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Malta, Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Kotor, Corfu, Athens and Bodrum, every stage contributes something different. The yacht provides a constant environment of comfort while the world outside changes from day to day.

Reserve the Grand Mediterranean Crossing for a rare private charter experience supported by seven cabins, accommodation for 18 guests, extensive leisure facilities and 17 professional crew members. It is a voyage designed for those who value space, service and geographical variety, concluding on the Turkish Aegean coast after seventeen days of exceptional Mediterranean travel.
