14-Day Crewed Codecasa 62m Southern Caribbean Grand Luxury Yacht Charter from Tortola for Up to 18 Guests

Fourteen days aboard a private 62-metre yacht creates the time and freedom to experience the Caribbean as an interconnected chain of cultures, landscapes and cruising environments. Beginning at Tortola Marina, this grand southern itinerary progresses through St Martin, Antigua, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, St Lucia, St Vincent, the Grenadines, Grenada, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.

The route combines internationally recognised yachting destinations with rainforest-covered islands, protected marine parks, colourful harbour towns and extensive offshore passages. Guests can move from sophisticated marina surroundings to quiet anchorages, enjoy French Caribbean dining one day and snorkel among turtles the next, then continue toward the deeper southern Caribbean where sailing conditions and cultural influences change once again.

Tortola is one of the region's most practical departure hubs, offering established marina infrastructure, secure berthing and professional embarkation services. Guest arrivals, luggage handling, cabin allocation and onboard introductions can be coordinated efficiently. The charter is supported by seventeen crew members who manage hospitality, navigation, technical operations, housekeeping, dining, tender transfers and destination arrangements.

Personalisation begins before embarkation. Guests may communicate dietary preferences, entertainment plans, celebration details, preferred activities and desired levels of structure or privacy. The captain then integrates these requests into an operationally realistic route. Because the programme includes substantial distances, final calls and passage timings remain subject to weather, sea state, customs requirements, berth availability and the yacht's safe operating schedule.

About Our 14-Day Southern Caribbean Charter

This itinerary is intended for guests who want a comprehensive regional experience rather than a short cruise around neighbouring islands. The first half follows the eastern Caribbean chain, while the second enters the Grenadines and southern waters. Longer navigation periods are balanced with several destination-focused days, creating time for nature, culture, swimming, dining and relaxation.

Day 1 - Tortola to Virgin Gorda: After boarding at Tortola Marina, the yacht begins with a short and comfortable passage toward Virgin Gorda. Guests have time to become familiar with the suites and social spaces while the crew completes final service arrangements. A visit to The Baths may be included, allowing guests to explore granite formations and clear pools. The yacht then anchors in sheltered water for a relaxed welcome dinner.

Day 2 - St Martin and Sint Maarten: The yacht continues toward the dual-nation island of St Martin and Sint Maarten. Simpson Bay, Marigot or another suitable anchorage may be selected. The French and Dutch sides offer contrasting restaurants, beach clubs, marinas and shopping areas. Guests can spend time ashore or remain onboard for a leisurely afternoon around the Jacuzzi before preparing for the next southern passage.

Day 3 - Antigua and Barbuda: Antigua provides both a historic stop and a key operational pause. English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour are surrounded by established yacht services and impressive maritime heritage. Guests may tour Nelson's Dockyard, visit a scenic viewpoint, enjoy lunch beside the marina or explore one of the island's beaches. Provisioning and passage preparation can be completed before departure.

Day 4 - Guadeloupe: The yacht travels south through steady trade winds toward Guadeloupe. The island's volcanic coastline, French Caribbean culture and green interior offer several possibilities for exploration. Depending on the anchorage, guests may visit Deshaies, Pointe-à-Pitre, a waterfall or a rainforest area. Others may prefer snorkelling, tender cruising or an afternoon enjoying panoramic views from the upper deck.

Day 5 - Dominica: Dominica is distinguished by its natural environment rather than large-scale resort development. Mountains, rivers, hot springs, waterfalls and rainforest dominate the island. The yacht may anchor near Portsmouth, Roseau or another suitable location. A guided inland excursion can be arranged, or guests may enjoy a slower day involving coastal exploration, swimming and a quiet evening beneath the island's dramatic slopes.

Day 6 - Martinique: The route reaches Martinique, where refined marina services, French-influenced cuisine and lively coastal communities provide a comfortable change of pace. Le Marin or Fort-de-France may be included according to the passage plan. Guests can visit a market, arrange a private island tour, enjoy lunch ashore or take advantage of the yacht's gym, lounges and entertainment facilities.

Day 7 - St Lucia: St Lucia offers one of the most recognisable approaches in the Caribbean. The Pitons rise prominently above the coastline, creating exceptional views from the water. The yacht may anchor near Soufrière, Rodney Bay or another protected area. Snorkelling, beach time, scenic drives and volcanic attractions may form part of the day, followed by alfresco dining with the island's mountainous outline in view.

Day 8 - St Vincent: Cruising continues toward the rugged coastline of St Vincent. Wallilabou Bay, Kingstown or another suitable anchorage may provide access to waterfalls, green valleys and quieter communities. The island has a more traditional atmosphere than several northern stops, allowing guests to experience another side of Caribbean life. The evening can be spent onboard in a peaceful anchorage.

Day 9 - Bequia, Mustique and the Grenadines: The yacht enters the Grenadines, where shorter island distances and clear water encourage a slower pace. Bequia offers a relaxed waterfront and strong maritime identity, while Mustique may be considered subject to permissions and the final itinerary. Guests can swim, snorkel, visit a beach or explore by tender before returning for dinner beneath the stars.

Day 10 - Tobago Cays Marine Park: The Tobago Cays form a centrepiece of the southern route. Protected lagoons, coral reefs, sandbars and turtle habitats create exceptional conditions for water-based activities. Guests may snorkel, relax on a small beach, tour the cays by tender or remain on the yacht's spacious sun deck. The calm surroundings are ideal for a long lunch and an unhurried afternoon.

Day 11 - Grenada: The yacht reaches Grenada and may anchor near St George's, Prickly Bay or another suitable location. Known for spice production, green hills and colourful communities, Grenada offers both natural and cultural attractions. Guests may explore a market, visit an estate, enjoy a scenic drive or experience local cuisine. This stop marks the transition from the Grenadines into the deeper southern Caribbean.

Day 12 - Offshore Passage to Barbados: An open-water passage leads toward Barbados. Stronger ocean conditions and greater distance make this a true sailing and navigation day. The crew monitors weather and sea state while maintaining full guest service. The yacht's multiple lounges, gym, nightclub area, onyx bar and outdoor spaces give guests several options for relaxation and entertainment during the transit.

Day 13 - Trinidad and Tobago Region: Continuing farther south, the yacht approaches Trinidad and Tobago. The region introduces mangrove coastlines, sheltered bays and a distinctive blend of Caribbean cultural influences. Depending on the final plan, guests may experience coastal exploration, nature-focused excursions or time in a suitable harbour. This stage represents the geographical high point of the southbound journey.

Day 14 - Northbound Passage and Completion of the Grand Route: The final day begins the return progression toward the Virgin Islands or concludes at an agreed southern disembarkation point. A full same-day return to Tortola may not be operationally realistic under every itinerary configuration, so overnight navigation, a repositioning extension or an alternative end port may be required. These arrangements will be confirmed during charter planning. The final hours allow guests to enjoy the yacht, share a farewell meal and reflect on an exceptional multi-region voyage.

About Our Codecasa 62m Luxury Yacht

The 62-metre Codecasa is exceptionally well matched to an extended southern Caribbean itinerary. Her classic Italian exterior styling creates a graceful presence in every harbour, while interiors by Della Role Design provide sophisticated surroundings for daily living and formal entertaining. A comprehensive refit completed in 2023 has enhanced the yacht's comfort, presentation and readiness for contemporary charter use.

Accommodation for up to eighteen guests is arranged across seven carefully designed staterooms. The capacity suits extended families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations and corporate parties. Separate lounges and social spaces allow guests to gather as a group without removing opportunities for privacy, quiet reading or individual relaxation.

The interior includes a dramatic backlit onyx bar that provides an elegant setting for cocktails and conversation. A dedicated nightclub-style space with karaoke equipment creates a private entertainment venue for celebrations and late evenings. Satellite television and Wi-Fi provide connectivity, while full air conditioning maintains a comfortable interior climate throughout the tropical route.

An elevator serving every deck adds convenience and makes the different levels easier to access. The sun deck includes a Jacuzzi, exterior bar and extensive areas for sunbathing and socialising. Several alfresco dining locations allow the crew to serve breakfasts, lunches and dinners against constantly changing island scenery.

A fully equipped gym supports personal exercise during the two-week programme. Advanced stabilisation systems contribute to guest comfort while cruising and at anchor, an important benefit during offshore sections. Two luxury tenders support transfers, coastal sightseeing and access to shallow bays, beaches and waterfront destinations.

Service is delivered by a professional crew of seventeen, providing the operational depth required for a yacht of this scale. From bridge management and technical support to culinary preparation and housekeeping, each department contributes to a seamless experience. The crew can also coordinate shore arrangements and adjust daily service around weather, guest energy levels and special occasions.

Fourteen Days of Privacy, Variety and Caribbean Discovery

The Southern Caribbean Grand Loop offers more than a sequence of attractive destinations. It is a complete private travel experience that combines meaningful distance, cultural contrast, natural environments and luxurious onboard living. The yacht becomes a familiar home as the surroundings change from the British Virgin Islands to French Caribbean territories, volcanic peaks, Grenadine lagoons and the southern waters near Trinidad and Tobago.

Guests benefit from the privacy of exclusive accommodation, the flexibility of a professionally managed itinerary and the convenience of unpacking only once. Detailed advance planning is recommended to coordinate border formalities, marina access, weather windows, menus, excursions and the realistic final disembarkation arrangement. Reserve the preferred fourteen-day period and begin developing a personalised southern Caribbean charter defined by refined service, impressive facilities and an extraordinary range of island experiences.
