Descrizione

Journey from the Bahamas into the lush heart of the Lesser Antilles on a 16-day fully crewed luxury yacht charter from Nassau to Martinique. This extended southbound itinerary links Long Island and Turks and Caicos with Puerto Rican waters, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Guadeloupe and Dominica before reaching Martinique. Offshore cruising is balanced with reef encounters, protected national-park waters, volcanic scenery, rainforest excursions and French-Caribbean culture, creating an experience of exceptional geographic and cultural range.

Nassau offers a polished introduction to this long-range voyage. Modern marinas, efficient international access and professional guest facilities make it one of the Caribbean's most practical premium embarkation points. From arrival and boarding to luggage coordination and personalised preparation, a streamlined charter process helps guests begin the journey confidently and comfortably.

Our 16-Day Southbound Caribbean Service

The yacht operates with 12 professional crew members responsible for marine operations, guest comfort and personalised hospitality. Their service covers the details that define an effortless private charter, including cabin care, meal presentation, activity preparation and day-to-day assistance. Guests may communicate dietary preferences, celebration plans, wellness interests and service expectations before embarkation so the experience can be shaped around the group.

This route contains meaningful offshore legs as well as sheltered island cruising. During passages, the yacht's cinema, gym, bar, jacuzzi and elegant lounges offer several ways to spend the day. At destination stops, guests can snorkel, swim, hike, discover waterfalls, visit waterfront communities or relax beside dramatic island scenery. The captain may refine the route according to weather, sea state, safe-navigation requirements, immigration procedures and berth or anchorage availability.

Day 1 - Nassau, Bahamas

Leave Nassau on a south-southeast heading through the Berry Islands. Gentle navigation and calm Bahamian scenery allow guests to settle in, explore the yacht and enjoy an easy opening day. Lunch on deck, swimming where conditions permit and a relaxed evening introduce the personalised pace of the charter.

Day 2 - Long Island, Bahamas

Anchor near Long Island and discover a landscape shaped by dramatic coastline, blue holes and uncrowded beaches. The day can include snorkelling, swimming and quiet time ashore, while the yacht provides an elegant retreat for dining and relaxation. This less-developed destination adds a rewarding sense of remoteness.

Day 3 - Southern Bahamas Passage

Continue through the southern Bahamas and prepare for a longer inter-island crossing. Open-water navigation, fishing and panoramic ocean views characterise the transit. Guests can enjoy the sunshine on deck or retreat to the cinema, bar or luxurious interior lounges as the crew maintains attentive service underway.

Day 4 - Turks and Caicos

Arrive in Turks and Caicos and anchor near Grace Bay or another suitable protected location. Shallow turquoise water, soft sand and vibrant coral reefs provide a restorative setting after the passage. Snorkelling, beach relaxation and an evening meal overlooking the coast offer an appealing balance of activity and rest.

Day 5 - Southbound Sea Passage

Begin the longer offshore sector toward the northern Lesser Antilles. Wide horizons and sunset views accompany steady open-sea cruising, giving guests time to make full use of the onboard amenities. Personalised dining, entertainment and comfortable deck spaces keep the journey relaxed while the vessel advances south.

Day 6 - Puerto Rico Passage Zone

Approach Puerto Rican waters from the north. Subject to conditions and operational timing, the yacht may follow the coast near quieter anchorages or remain offshore while preparing to enter the Virgin Islands corridor. The day combines scenic navigation with leisure and anticipation of the island-rich stage ahead.

Day 7 - St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Arrive in St. Thomas, where sheltered bays, established marinas and lively waterfront facilities create a welcoming change from open-water cruising. Guests can shop, dine ashore or explore the coast before returning to a calm overnight anchorage and the privacy of the yacht.

Day 8 - St. John

Make the short cruise to St. John, celebrated for protected national-park waters and remarkably preserved natural scenery. Snorkel in clear bays, follow a hiking route ashore or spend an unhurried afternoon surrounded by green hills and pristine coastline. Minimal passage time leaves more of the day available for exploration.

Day 9 - Tortola and the British Virgin Islands

Cross into the British Virgin Islands and begin with Tortola. Sheltered passages and closely spaced islands allow for relaxed cruising, spontaneous swimming stops and extended time at anchor. The crew can prepare available water equipment while guests select between an active afternoon and quiet deck-side relaxation.

Day 10 - Virgin Gorda

Discover Virgin Gorda and the distinctive granite formations of The Baths. Walk between enormous boulders, swim in clear pools and enjoy a memorable beach setting before exploring nearby cays. Excellent anchorage conditions and iconic scenery make this one of the itinerary's defining days.

Day 11 - Jost Van Dyke

Cruise to Jost Van Dyke for a laid-back Caribbean experience shaped by turquoise bays and famous beach bars. Guests can step ashore for local atmosphere, swim beside the yacht or relax with refreshments in a sheltered anchorage. The island brings an informal and sociable character to the voyage.

Day 12 - Anegada

Visit Anegada, the BVI's distinctive coral atoll. Its low profile, shallow reefs and long undeveloped beaches contrast with the volcanic islands visited earlier. Snorkelling and beach exploration reveal a quieter, less-travelled environment, ideal for guests seeking genuine seclusion and natural beauty.

Day 13 - Passage to Guadeloupe

Depart the British Virgin Islands for a substantial southbound crossing to Guadeloupe. The day centres on ocean navigation, onboard entertainment and restorative leisure. Guests can maintain a fitness routine in the gym, enjoy a film or gather for drinks as the yacht advances toward the French Caribbean.

Day 14 - Guadeloupe

Arrive in Guadeloupe and discover a compelling combination of volcanic terrain, marine reserves and French-Caribbean identity. Depending on the selected anchorage, the programme can include snorkelling, nature exploration, local cuisine or a cultural visit ashore. Sheltered bays provide a scenic setting for the evening.

Day 15 - Dominica

Cruise south to Dominica, an island renowned for rainforest, rivers, waterfalls and dramatic mountainous landscapes. Guests may choose an eco-adventure, river excursion or guided exploration ashore, while those remaining onboard can appreciate the island's striking coastline from a peaceful anchorage.

Day 16 - Martinique

Conclude the charter in Martinique, where French sophistication, Creole culture and developed marina facilities provide a refined final destination. Enjoy gourmet dining, a last coastal view or time ashore before disembarkation. The crew assists with departure arrangements after an extensive voyage from the Bahamas into the Windward Caribbean.

The jacuzzi is ideal after a day of hiking or snorkelling, while shaded and open-air seating supports everything from quiet breakfasts to celebratory dinners.

The interior presents an impressive collection of lifestyle amenities. Guests can enjoy the gentleman's club-inspired bar, settle into the private movie theatre, exercise in the gym or make use of the beauty room. Refined lounges and welcoming entertainment spaces remain particularly valuable during longer sea passages, ensuring every stage of the route is experienced in comfort.
