CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Severe Weather: In case of a tropical storm or hurricane, we will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, an in-house credit will be provided. Rain or overcast weather is not considered severe weather.

● Charterer Cancellation: If the charterer cancels, rescheduling will be attempted based on availability. Additional charges for food, delivery, or fuel may apply if the vessel has already been prepared. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the full payment will be forfeited.

● Cancellation by Charter company: If the company cancels due to reasons beyond control, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

BOOKING POLICY:

● A 50% deposit of the base rate is required upon signing the charter agreement.
● The remaining balance is due 30 days before the charter date.
● Payments must be made via wire transfer.

GENERAL TERMS:

● A valid passport is required for entry into the Bahamas. Please ensure your passport is up to date and meet any visa requirements based on your nationality. We recommend checking the latest travel guidelines before your trip.

● We suggest packing light, comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather, including swimwear, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.

● Personal toiletries and any specific items or medications you require should be brought with you. Although most yachts provide basic amenities, it’s important to have any special items on hand.

● Don’t forget to pack your travel documents, including your passport, and any electronic devices along with their chargers.
