CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the sailing date: Full refund of the down payment.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the sailing date: No refund of the down payment.

• In the event of a Force Majeure, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the sailing date based on future availability.

• We highly recommend securing trip cancellation insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Full payment of the total reserved cost is required and must be settled 30 days prior to the sailing date.

• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or cash in Indonesian Rupiah.

• Any bank fees incurred for drafts or wire transfers remitted to us in Rupiah or US Dollars should be covered by the agents/guests.

BOOKING POLICY:

• A 30% deposit must be settled within 3 working days after receiving the invoice to secure the booking.

• Failure to submit the full deposit by the due date may result in the booking being treated as canceled, with the option to rebook if slots are available.

• The balance payment is due 30 days before the sailing date.

• For bookings made less than 30 days before the sailing date, the full amount must be settled within 7 days prior to departure.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:

Private Charter:

• Check-in time/onboarding starts at 10:00 AM or based on flight arrival time.

• Check-out time is based on departure flight time.

Shared Trip:

• Check-in time starts at 9:30 AM (strongly suggested to arrive one day before sailing).

• Check-out time is approximately at 2:00 PM.
