Règles de réservation
• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total charter fee.
• Advance Booking: We recommend making reservations well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• Payment Method: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the charter fee is due on the day of the excursion, before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellation by Customer:
• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled charter date are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Charter Company:
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the charter company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the excursion.
• If the charter is canceled by the company, customers will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the booking at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy:
• Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point or departure time without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:• Group Size Limitation: Our captains are legally certified to accommodate groups of up to 6 passengers only. No additional persons beyond the specified limit are allowed.
• Child Safety: Children over the age of 2 years are welcome aboard. We provide child-rated life jackets and strive to ensure a comfortable experience for families with young children.
• Pet Policy: Dogs weighing under 45 lbs are permitted on board. Owners must provide their own doggy life jacket. If you believe your dog may not enjoy the experience, it's advisable to leave them at home.
• Outside Food and Beverage: Guests are encouraged to bring their own drinks and snacks. Please minimize the use of plastic items to prevent littering.
• Music: We provide 2 Bluetooth speakers for guests to connect and enjoy their preferred music selections.
• Restroom Facilities: A bathroom is available on the boat for the convenience of passengers.
