Crete is Greece's biggest island, located in the Aegean Sea to the south. Crete boasts a breathtakingly gorgeous terrain with high mountains, gorges, tiny and well-protected coves, and magnificent rocky and sandy beaches.

Chania is one of Greece's most popular tourist sites, attracting millions of people each year. Visitors come from all over the globe to enjoy the sun on the sandy beaches with crystal clear and turquoise waters, as well as the legendary Cretan friendliness and food. The Lefka Ori mountains dominate the scenery of Chania, which is bordered by several beautiful beaches excellent for boat tours in Chania.

While the majority of them are well-known and packed, Creta may always surprise you with its numerous hidden tiny paradises! Chania, the second biggest city on the island of Crete, is located in the northwestern part of the island.

Sun Odyssey 32.2 is a 32-foot sailing yacht built by Jeanneau in 2001. It is highly renowned for its roomy cabin, superb sailing ability, and high construction quality. AVRA may comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

A saloon, two double rooms, and a WC with shower are located below deck. There is a table and a tent in the cockpit, as well as a swimming deck with a shower and a ladder. In addition to sails, there is a Yanmar 18Hp engine to aid when the wind is not favorable. For navigation, there is also a compass, VHF radio, GPS, and a wind/speed/depth log equipment.

We have a life raft, life jackets, and all emergency and safety equipment on hand just in case. The saloon features a radio-music player, a stove, and a refrigerator. We give complimentary refreshments and drinks, as well as an inflatable dingy, snorkeling equipment, and free Wi-Fi!

We leave from Chania's Old Harbour at 10:00 a.m. and explore swimming locations or lounge on the beach while I make lunch. We also go to several nearby quiet beaches and coves with beautiful blue seas. On the way back, we pass via Thodorou and Lazaretta islands, where we may swim. Finally, as the sun sets, we return to the Old Harbour and have a refreshing beverage while watching the sunset.
