Charter Rate & Seasonal Pricing

Prices start at EUR 500,000 per week. This published starting rate serves as the base pricing reference. Final rates may vary during peak seasons, weekends and special events, and may also be affected by availability and the requested itinerary. For the most current quotation, guests should check availability for their preferred dates or submit an inquiry for personalised pricing. The yacht operates seasonally in the South Pacific and may also be available on request to accommodate specific client requirements, providing an exceptional charter experience across some of the region’s most remarkable destinations.

Price Includes

The published weekly charter fee covers the core yacht, crew, accommodation and onboard services detailed below. Each inclusion remains subject to the confirmed itinerary, permitted guest capacity, weather conditions, local regulations and the executed charter agreement.

• Luxury accommodation for up to 12 guests across seven refined staterooms with full access to all onboard guest facilities, observation lounges, cinema, beach club, wellness areas, and exterior relaxation spaces.

• Professional service provided by 28 experienced crew members including captain, expedition specialists, hospitality staff, deck crew, engineers, culinary personnel, and onboard operational support teams throughout the charter period.

• Use of onboard leisure amenities including gym equipment, deck jacuzzi, stabilizers, entertainment systems, cinema facilities, swimming platform, beach club access, and standard yacht operational equipment during the charter voyage.

• Standard yacht insurance, crew wages, onboard housekeeping, routine maintenance, and operational management services required for safe and professional expedition charter operations throughout the booked charter duration.

• Use of approved onboard tenders and selected standard water toys operated under crew supervision according to weather conditions, operational limitations, and regional maritime safety regulations during the charter experience.

Price Excludes

The following items fall outside the base weekly charter fee and are payable separately where applicable. Charges may be settled through the Advance Provisioning Allowance, directly to the relevant supplier or in accordance with the final charter agreement.

• Fuel consumption for main engines, generators, tenders, expedition cruising operations, repositioning requirements, and extended offshore navigation throughout the charter itinerary remains excluded from the weekly charter fee.

• Applicable VAT, regional cruising taxes, customs charges, national park permits, immigration fees, and regional operational clearance expenses are charged separately according to cruising region requirements and regulations.

• Marina berthing fees, dockage expenses, harbor services, pilotage costs, and shore-side logistical arrangements incurred during the charter are excluded from the weekly charter pricing structure.

• Premium alcoholic beverages, specialty provisioning requests, fine wines, cigars, imported luxury products, and personalized onboard catering preferences requested beyond standard arrangements are charged separately to guests.

• Personal travel expenses including flights, accommodation before embarkation, transfers, travel insurance, medical requirements, and private shoreside arrangements are not included within the charter package pricing.

Dining & Onboard Services

Dining and beverage arrangements are planned around the charter party’s completed preference sheets, dietary requirements and requested service style. The applicable provisioning and accounting arrangements are set out below.

• Full-board dining service is available onboard with professionally prepared breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, and refreshments customized according to guest dietary requirements and culinary preferences before embarkation.

• Standard non-alcoholic beverages including water, juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee are supplied onboard throughout the charter period under the vessel’s standard hospitality arrangements.

• Premium beverage selections including champagne, vintage wines, rare spirits, luxury liquors, and specialized imported products are provisioned separately according to guest requests and consumption preferences.

• Guests complete detailed preference sheets before embarkation to customize menus, dietary arrangements, allergy considerations, celebration catering, and preferred culinary experiences during the expedition charter.

• Expedition-focused provisioning procedures ensure fresh ingredients, premium seafood selections, specialty produce, and luxury dining standards are maintained even during remote South Pacific cruising operations.

The following enhancements may be arranged in advance, subject to availability, operating permissions and additional charges. Early confirmation is recommended for specialist personnel, equipment, transfers and event services.

• Private expedition guides, regional wildlife specialists, scientific lecturers, photographers, and regional exploration consultants can be arranged onboard upon advance request for enhanced expedition experiences during the charter.

• Additional tenders, helicopters, submersible support, remote logistics coordination, and specialized expedition equipment can be organized depending on cruising permissions, operational approvals, and charter region requirements.

• Wellness services including massage therapists, fitness instructors, yoga professionals, beauty specialists, and private wellness programs are available through advance charter customization arrangements onboard.

Payment Policy

The booking is secured only after the required charter documentation has been signed and the stated payments have been received in cleared funds. The following payment schedule applies.

• A confirmed booking requires an initial deposit payment equal to 50% of the total charter fee together with signed charter agreements and approved guest documentation before reservation confirmation.

• The remaining 50% charter balance together with Advance Provisioning Allowance payments must be fully settled no later than 30 days before embarkation date through approved banking procedures.

• Expedition permits, special operational arrangements, remote region clearances, and optional charter enhancements requested by guests require full advance payment before operational confirmation and logistical scheduling.

• Failure to complete scheduled payments within agreed contractual deadlines may result in cancellation of reserved charter dates and forfeiture of previously paid booking deposits under charter agreement conditions.

• All banking charges, transfer fees, currency conversion expenses, and international payment processing costs remain the responsibility of the charter client throughout the reservation and payment process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation consequences depend on how far in advance written notice is received and on the terms of the signed charter agreement. The applicable refund, retention and expense conditions are outlined below.

• Cancellations made more than 180 days before embarkation result in forfeiture of the initial deposit while additional operational expenses already committed remain payable by the charter client.

• Cancellations made between 180 and 90 days before embarkation require payment of 75% of the total charter fee together with confirmed expedition planning and operational arrangement expenses.

• Cancellations made within 90 days of embarkation require full payment of the complete charter fee due to expedition logistics, crew scheduling, provisioning commitments, and operational preparation requirements.

• Weather conditions, ice movements, governmental restrictions, maritime advisories, or expedition route adjustments do not qualify as cancellation grounds once charter agreements and operational planning procedures are confirmed.

• Refund processing for approved contractual situations is completed according to signed charter agreement terms after deduction of operational commitments, administrative expenses, banking charges, and confirmed supplier payments.
