All bookings must be fully paid prior to travel. For online bookings made through this website, payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that payments made by credit card may incur a surcharge, and the credit card used must be presented at check-in on the day of travel for verification purposes. Alternatively, you can make bookings by calling or emailing our Reservations Office, with payment due at the time of booking confirmation. In-person bookings can also be made at our Reservations Office, where payment can be made using credit card, EPTPOS, or cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• If you cancel after 6 PM the day before your trip, you'll lose the full amount.
• If you cancel between 12 PM and 6 PM the day before your trip, you'll get back half of what you paid.
• If you cancel before 12 PM the day before your trip, you won’t have to pay anything.
• Any Environmental Management Charge you paid will be refunded.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used.
• Sometimes, weather or other unexpected issues can affect services. If a cruise doesn’t happen for any reason, you can choose a different date or get a refund.
• You can change your travel date without paying a cancellation fee.
