Yalikavak, a renowned destination in Turkey, is celebrated for its stunning beaches and is a top pick for luxury yacht and gulet charters. Whether you're planning a short escape or a week-long adventure, Yalikavak's vibrant marina and inviting beaches, like Yalıkavak Beach in the town center, provide plenty of attractions and charm.
We also offer a weekly charter with a seven-day tour of the Gulf of Gökova. Starting from Yalikavak port, you'll explore beautiful islands and bays within the Gulf before returning to Yalikavak after a week of sailing.
Day 1: Overnight in Bodrum Bay
The journey starts between 14:00 and 15:30 when we set sail from Yalikavak Port. Our gulet will depart from Yalikavak and spend the night anchored in a nearby bay at Bodrum. Among the must-visit attractions in Bodrum are St. Peter's Castle, a remarkably well-preserved medieval fortress. Other significant sites include the Myndos Gate, the entry point of Alexander the Great into ancient Halicarnassus, as well as the Amphitheater and the Mausoleum.
Day 2: Orak Island – Çökertme
Following breakfast, we'll provide an overview of the boat and the planned cruise itinerary. Our first stop will be Orak Island, where you'll have the chance to swim in the pristine waters and enjoy lunch. Afterward, we'll make our way to the charming fishing village of Çökertme for dinner and an overnight stay. If the weather is favorable, we may sail during this part of the journey, giving guests the opportunity to take a leisurely walk along the beach.
Day 3: Seven Islands – Küfre – Uzun Liman
We will begin our journey to the Seven Islands early in the morning, arriving just in time to greet the day in this beautiful area. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to dive, swim, relax, and explore the smaller islands and vibrant coral reefs. A stroll through the nearby pine forest is also highly recommended. Our first stop will be Küfre Bay, and afterward, we'll anchor at Uzun Liman for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Tuzla – Löngöz – English Harbor
We’ll start the day in Tuzla Bay, where you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the crystal-clear turquoise waters. Afterward, we’ll make our way to Longoz Bay for lunch, a picturesque spot surrounded by lush forests, perfect for a relaxing walk or a visit to Ali Baba’s café. Our journey will conclude at English Harbor, where we’ll have dinner and spend the night. This harbor, named for its role as a safe haven for British Navy ships during WWII, offers several well-protected bays for anchoring.
Day 5: Cleopatra Island – Karacasöğüt
We will make our way to Sedir (Kedrae) Island, famous for its immaculate beach and transparent waters, often compared to an open-air museum. The island is home to ancient city walls, ruins, an amphitheater, and a unique type of sand, said to have been imported from Egypt by Mark Antony for Cleopatra. After exploring the island, we’ll continue our journey to the village of Karacasöğüt, where we’ll have dinner and spend the night. For those interested, optional excursions to Marmaris or Dalyan-Caunos are available.
Day 6: Kargılı Bay – Kisebükü (Alakıçla Bükü)
In the early morning, we’ll make our way to Kargılı Bay. After enjoying lunch, we will set anchor at Kisebükü (Alakıçla), where you’ll have the chance to explore the remains of Byzantine ruins. We will spend the night in this picturesque bay.
Day 7: Pabuç Burnu – Yalıçiftlik – Bodrum
Following breakfast, we'll head to Pabuç Burnu and drop anchor in Yalıçiftlik Bay for lunch. In the evening, we will make our way back to Bodrum Port for dinner and our final overnight stay. Private groups have the option to spend their last night in a nearby bay, returning to Bodrum Port early on the 8th day.
