REQUIREMENTS:• Boating License: A valid boating license is required to rent a jet ski. This is mandatory under Italian law.
• Non-Licensed Riders: For those without a boating license, guided tours with an instructor or driver are available. Riders will not be allowed to operate the jet ski independently without a license.
PRICING AND PAYMENT:• Rental Pricing: Prices vary depending on the day of the week (Monday-Friday or weekend), the duration of the rental, and whether the customer requires a guide.
• Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit card or cash. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
SAFETY:• Safety Briefing: All participants will receive a safety briefing before the tour.
• Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damage to the jet ski during their rental period, and a security deposit may be required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:• Free Cancellation: Tours can be canceled free of charge if done within a specified time frame (typically 24-48 hours before the tour).
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to a percentage of the tour price.
• Weather Conditions: Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
