RESERVATION:Bookings should be made in advance, either online or by phone. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.
PAYMENT:Full payment should be made prior to the start of the tour. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full tour price.
INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS:• Inclusions: Tour price includes SUP equipment (board, paddle, leash, and life jacket), professional instruction, and guide services.
• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will incur additional charges.
TOUR DURATION & ITINERARY:• Tour Length: The standard duration of a SUP tour is 1.5 to 2 hours.
• Itinerary: The exact route and destinations may vary depending on weather conditions and tides. The operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary for safety reasons.
SAFETY:• Safety Gear: All participants are required to wear life jackets, which will be provided. If you wear glasses, we recommend using a sports cord or a floating strap.
• Clothing: Participants should wear comfortable swimwear that allows freedom of movement. Waterproof bags for personal items are recommended.
• Weather Conditions: Tours may be rescheduled or canceled in case of unfavorable weather conditions. Full refunds or alternative dates will be provided in case of cancellations.
GUIDED TOURS:• Guided Tours: For participants without SUP experience, a professional instructor will accompany them at no extra cost.
• Independent SUP: Experienced paddlers may choose to go without a guide after an initial safety briefing.
LIABILITY:• Waiver: All participants must sign a waiver releasing the tour operator from liability in case of injury or accidents during the tour.
• Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their safety and the safety of others in the group. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:• Hygiene: All equipment is sanitized between uses. Hand sanitizers are available at the check-in point.
• Social Distancing: Participants should maintain a safe distance from others, both on land and in the water.
