- All costs are included, except the Final Cleaning fee of Eur 250, and Non-Home base marina fee if you wish to take the Charter to some other marinas, where you will pay small marina fees wherever you go.

Security Deposit:
The refundable Security Deposit (3.000 Euro) is due before embarkation and will cover any damage or loss of the boat and its equipment throughout the voyage.c Refundable Security Deposit. The client is expected to contribute the amount of the deposit indicated by the contract for the boat booked upon embarkation. This can be done in cash or with a valid credit card (We accept VISA and Mastercard). The deposit is refunded to the client upon disembarkation and inspection of the boat by us (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The deposit amount defines the amount for which the client is responsible for damages to the boat.
Payment Terms:
- A 30% down payment will secure your reservation.
- The charter cost is payable in full 4 weeks before your arrival.
- You will get details for your local contact person at the marina and a list of suggested goods to bring with you from home for your sailing experience 1-2 weeks before your start
- Upon contract signing, the down payment (30% of the total charter charge, depending on the booking date) is paid by bank transfer to our account
- The remainder (70 % of the charter cost, depending on the booking date) is due 4 weeks before departure. Down payment by wire transfer (no surcharge) or online credit card payment (with credit card fee on top) should be made within one week.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days before embarkation: 30% of the total charter fee
- Between 60 & 30 days before embarkation
- 50% of the total charter fee
- Less than 30 days before embarkation: 100% of the total charter fee
- When and where the KaterBlue system default policy conflicts with this policy here, the terms specified here remains valid
Damage deposit : £2,520
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

No-show will result in reservation considered as forfeited.
Days not spent on account of early checked is marked as forfeited
Refunds under any cancellation terms & conditions excludes the KaterBlue service fee.

Fully comprehensive
- Boat is insured against, all risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery and equipment, third party liability, sea pollution liability, a deductible provision is applied, depending on the yachts value.
